移動流媒體用戶QoE評估模型

【摘要】:HAS(HTTP Adaptive Streaming)能夠實現(xiàn)流暢播放和視頻質量的平衡,為用戶提供更好的服務質量體驗。大多數(shù)基于HAS的流媒體用戶體驗質量(Quality of Experience,QoE)模型考慮了當前系統(tǒng)或網(wǎng)絡條件,但對用戶所處環(huán)境的客觀影響、用戶心理因素的考慮較少。面向移動流媒體客戶端的應用場景,從客觀感知影響參數(shù)和心理效應影響參數(shù)兩個方面來考慮移動端流媒體的QoE影響因素,設計用戶QoE評估模型。提出移動設備抖動狀態(tài)檢測和用戶觀看位置檢測方法,并將設備抖動狀態(tài)、用戶觀看位置與流媒體服務質量相結合,再根據(jù)心理學系列位置效應來綜合評估用戶的質量體驗情況。最后通過實驗證明了所提的用戶QoE模型能夠提供準確有效且符合用戶實際體驗的QoE評估結果。
[Abstract]:Hash HTTP Adaptive streaming can achieve smooth playback and video quality balance, and provide users with a better quality of service experience. Most of the streaming media user experience quality of experience QoS (QoS) models based on has take into account the current system or network conditions, but the objective impact on the user's environment, the user psychological factors are less considered. In the application scenario of mobile streaming media client-side, the influent factors of QoS of mobile streaming media are considered from two aspects of objective perception affecting parameter and psychological effect influence parameter, and user QoS evaluation model is designed. A method of mobile device jitter state detection and user viewing position detection is proposed, and the device jitter state, user viewing position and streaming media quality of service are combined. Then according to the psychological series of location effect to evaluate the quality of the user experience. Finally, it is proved by experiments that the proposed model can provide accurate and effective QoS evaluation results in accordance with the user's actual experience.
