高精度快速傾斜鏡位置檢測與標定

【摘要】:在單探測器型復合軸系統(tǒng)中,子軸跟蹤啟動后,主軸因沒有適當?shù)目刂戚斎攵幱陂_環(huán)狀態(tài),易導致目標脫離視場。為了避免這種情況,需要系統(tǒng)將精確的壓電陶瓷(PZT)位置反饋給主軸。單獨使用PZT振鏡的開環(huán)系統(tǒng)時,無法對PZT振鏡的傾斜角度進行較高精度的控制,若輔以檢測補償系統(tǒng),則可以提高系統(tǒng)的控制精度。目標位置檢測對于振鏡控制具有重要的作用,它為開環(huán)狀態(tài)下的伺服系統(tǒng)提供精確的控制信息,以保證目標始終在視軸的中心位置。根據(jù)PZT振鏡的物理結構特點,研究單探測器型復合軸系統(tǒng)中振鏡位置的檢測方法,給出電路的設計原理,同時提出一種新的利用光學自準直儀的標定方法;給出控制公式,并重復進行多組實驗,以對控制公式進行驗證。實驗結果表明,控制誤差可以保證在20μrad以內。該研究結果為單探測器型復合軸的控制系統(tǒng)設計提供了基礎。
[Abstract]:In a single-detector compound shaft system the spindle is in an open-loop state due to the lack of proper control input after the sub-axis tracking is started which easily leads to the target leaving the field of view. In order to avoid this situation, the precise PZT position of piezoelectric ceramics needs to be fed back to the spindle. When the open loop system of PZT vibroscope is used alone, it is impossible to control the tilting angle of the PZT vibroscope with higher precision. If the system is supplemented by the detection and compensation system, the control accuracy of the system can be improved. Target position detection plays an important role in vibration mirror control. It provides accurate control information for open loop servo system to ensure that the target is always in the center of the axis of view. According to the physical structure characteristics of PZT vibroscope, this paper studies the measuring method of the vibration mirror position in the single detector compound axis system, gives the design principle of the circuit, puts forward a new calibration method using the optical autocollimator, and gives the control formula. And repeated multiple experiments to verify the control formula. The experimental results show that the control error can be guaranteed within 20 渭 rad. The results provide a basis for the control system design of single detector composite shaft.
