【摘要】：在異構(gòu)衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)態(tài)組網(wǎng)時(shí),為了解決星上軟件通信適配器對(duì)物理層調(diào)制模式識(shí)別率低的問(wèn)題,提出了一種適合低信噪比和貧先驗(yàn)知識(shí)的自動(dòng)調(diào)制模式識(shí)別算法.該算法以高斯白噪聲信道作為信道模型,選取信號(hào)高階累積量和經(jīng)典統(tǒng)計(jì)量作為特征參數(shù),采用引力搜索算法對(duì)徑向基神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基函數(shù)中心進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并在引力搜索算法中引入粒子群的信息熵來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)算法執(zhí)行過(guò)程中探索與開(kāi)采的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步提高了算法的分類和泛化能力.然后,利用仿真試驗(yàn)測(cè)評(píng)了該算法對(duì)6種衛(wèi)星常用調(diào)相調(diào)制信號(hào)的識(shí)別效果.仿真試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,沒(méi)有先驗(yàn)知識(shí)的情況下,該算法在調(diào)制信號(hào)信噪比大于4 d B時(shí)就可以達(dá)到100%的識(shí)別率,從而證明了該算法在低信噪比和貧先驗(yàn)知識(shí)條件下的有效性,說(shuō)明算法滿足星上軟件通信適配器對(duì)物理層調(diào)制模式的識(shí)別要求.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low recognition rate of modulation pattern in physical layer by on-board software communication adapter, an automatic modulation pattern recognition algorithm suitable for low SNR and prior knowledge is proposed. In this algorithm, the Gao Si white noise channel is used as the channel model, the high order cumulant and the classical statistics are selected as the characteristic parameters, and the radial basis function center of the radial basis function neural network is optimized by gravity search algorithm. The information entropy of particle swarm optimization is introduced into the gravitational search algorithm to adjust the relationship between exploration and mining during the execution of the algorithm, which further improves the classification and generalization ability of the algorithm. Then, the recognition effect of this algorithm on six kinds of satellite phase modulation signals is evaluated by simulation test. The simulation results show that without prior knowledge, the recognition rate of the algorithm can reach 100% when the SNR of modulated signal is greater than 4dB, which proves the validity of the algorithm under the condition of low SNR and poor prior knowledge. The algorithm meets the requirements of on-board software communication adapters for physical layer modulation pattern recognition.
