生產(chǎn)性噪聲對工作人員腦認知影響的ERP分析

【摘要】:為工業(yè)企業(yè)聽力保護計劃制定、人機工程學設(shè)計及勞動者煩惱度緩解等提供客觀的生理依據(jù),分析了生產(chǎn)性噪聲對工作人員腦認知的影響.采集自愿者在90 d B(A)的穩(wěn)態(tài)機械性噪聲刺激以及安靜狀態(tài)下的腦電信號,建立事件相關(guān)腦電位ERP中N1(N100)波的幅值腦地形圖及P2(P200)波幅值的腦地形圖,對ERP信號進行時頻分析.結(jié)果表明噪聲刺激與靜音狀態(tài)相比,ERP在N1波的幅值明顯減少,而在P2波幅值變化呈相反趨勢明顯增加.噪聲刺激下被試額區(qū)導聯(lián)的N1幅值顯著減小,P2幅值顯著增加,表明高聲壓級生產(chǎn)性噪聲導致被試煩躁、注意力分散,并干擾了認知能力.
[Abstract]:This paper provides an objective physiological basis for the establishment of hearing protection plan, ergonomics design and the relief of workers' annoyance in industrial enterprises, and analyzes the effect of productive noise on the brain cognition of workers. The steady-state mechanical noise stimuli and the EEG signals in quiet state were collected from volunteers at 90 d BPA. The amplitudes of N _ (1) N _ (100) and P _ (2 + P _ (200) waves in event-related brain potential (ERP) were established, and the time-frequency analysis of ERP signals was carried out. The results showed that the amplitude of ERP in N1 wave decreased obviously in noise stimulation state compared with that in silent state, but the amplitude change in P2 wave showed a reverse trend. The N1 amplitude of frontal-area leads significantly decreased and P2 amplitude increased significantly under noise stimulation, which indicated that productive noise with high acoustic pressure level led to agitation, distraction and interference with cognitive ability.
