基于Sentinel-1A的長(zhǎng)江口近岸風(fēng)矢量場(chǎng)反演研究

【摘要】:選取長(zhǎng)江口外近岸海域,以歐空局發(fā)射的Sentinel-1A為SAR圖像數(shù)據(jù)源,利用多級(jí)小波變換和傅里葉變換獲得高精度風(fēng)向信息,再利用基于GMF的3種CMOD系列模型反演風(fēng)速,最后將反演結(jié)果與同時(shí)相的ECMWF模式風(fēng)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)以及五組實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比.結(jié)果表明,除個(gè)別包含復(fù)雜紋理特征的SAR子圖像以外,SAR風(fēng)場(chǎng)反演精度整體優(yōu)于ECMWF模式風(fēng)場(chǎng).經(jīng)過(guò)多級(jí)小波變換后的風(fēng)向反演結(jié)果更優(yōu),均方根誤差分別為31.6°,29.7°,23.5°.經(jīng)過(guò)二級(jí)小波變換之后的整景SAR圖像結(jié)合風(fēng)向信息代入到CMOD系列模型中反演得到的風(fēng)速精度最優(yōu),均方根誤差控制在0.8 m/s.比較適合長(zhǎng)江口外近海海域的是MOD-IFR2和CMOD4,均方根誤差分別為1.08 m/s和1.05 m/s.
[Abstract]:Taking the Sentinel-1A launched by ESA as the data source of SAR images, the wind direction information with high accuracy is obtained by using multistage wavelet transform and Fourier transform, and the wind speed is retrieved by using three CMOD series models based on GMF. Finally, the inversion results are compared with the simultaneous ECMWF model wind field data and five groups of measured data. The results show that the retrieval accuracy of SAR wind field is better than that of ECMWF model except for some sub-images with complex texture features. After multilevel wavelet transform, the wind direction inversion results are better, the root mean square error is 31.6 擄/ 29.7 擄/ 23.5 擄respectively. After the two-stage wavelet transform, the whole SAR image combined with wind direction information is added to the CMOD series model to obtain the best wind speed accuracy, and the root mean square error is controlled at 0.8 m / s. MOD-IFR2 and CMOD4 are suitable for the offshore waters off the Yangtze River Estuary. The root mean square error is 1.08 m / s and 1.05 m / s respectively.
