涼山移動消防網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)項巨質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:涼山移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)項目現(xiàn)有火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)50套,涉及報警主機有多個生產(chǎn)廠家,現(xiàn)需采用國際或國內(nèi)通行的先進技術(shù),建立中國移動四川涼山分公司消防網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng),使各獨立消防系統(tǒng)連成一個整體,形成一個計算機自動化管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)消防設(shè)備設(shè)施進行集中監(jiān)控,及時消除設(shè)備故障隱患目的。項目建設(shè)工期122天,項目工程具有工程的功能設(shè)置齊全,質(zhì)量要求高。施工工期短、交叉作業(yè)多、安裝成品保護困難等特點。項目質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣將直接影響著整個項目的安全性、功能性及適用性,引入科學(xué)的項目質(zhì)量管理理論知識和方法對項目進行質(zhì)量管理顯得尤為重要。本文首先總結(jié)歸納了涼山移動消防網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)項目的特殊性,針對其特點編制出一份符合實際情況的質(zhì)量管理的具體方針,以進一步實施具體的項目質(zhì)量管理計劃:堅持質(zhì)量第一,抓好工序質(zhì)量,確保工程整體質(zhì)量。項目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)為項目分部工程達(dá)優(yōu)率98%;項目整體工程達(dá)優(yōu)率90%;按期和質(zhì)量一次交驗優(yōu)良。并成立安裝施工領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,項目經(jīng)理部,項目管理體系等項目質(zhì)量管理組織機構(gòu),對項目質(zhì)量及安全進行管理。在結(jié)合全過程質(zhì)量管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對施工階段分別進行施工準(zhǔn)備、施工過程以及施工驗收階段方面的質(zhì)量控制編制出特有的項目質(zhì)量控制流程。并制定項目質(zhì)量例會制度,質(zhì)量責(zé)任制度,質(zhì)量檢驗制度等質(zhì)量管理制度。其次,根據(jù)涼山移動公司所堅持貫徹的ISO9001:2000質(zhì)量保證體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出發(fā),制定具體保證項目質(zhì)量的工作。因此,我們所建立的項目質(zhì)量保證體系主要從組織保證、制度保證、措施保證、素質(zhì)保證和經(jīng)濟保證等方面出發(fā),并讓質(zhì)量保證體系工作得到細(xì)化,建立好項目人的質(zhì)量保證措施,設(shè)備材料的質(zhì)量保證措施以及主要施工方法的質(zhì)量保證措施。最后,針對該工程內(nèi)容與特點,認(rèn)真按質(zhì)量手冊及程序文件,對涼山移動消防網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)項目實施前,施工階段,竣工階段進行質(zhì)量控制。使施工過程各質(zhì)量要素得到有效控制和運行。在本文中,將根據(jù)涼山移動消防網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)項目的特點,運用相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理的技術(shù)和理論知識,對該項目的質(zhì)量需求進行詳細(xì)的分析,同時,也會為類似于該項目的質(zhì)量管理工作建立一個模型。該研究提供給了涼山移動消防網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)在項目質(zhì)量管理方面相當(dāng)重要的理論支撐和現(xiàn)實幫助,這種意義是十分值得肯定的。
[Abstract]:Liangshan Mobile Network Monitoring and Management system Project existing 50 sets of automatic fire alarm systems, involving multiple manufacturers of alarm hosts, need to adopt advanced technologies, both international and domestic, To establish the fire control network monitoring and management system of Liangshan Branch of China Mobile Sichuan Province, so that all independent fire control systems can be integrated into a whole, form a computer automation management network management system, and realize centralized monitoring of fire fighting equipment and facilities. Eliminate hidden trouble of equipment in time. Project construction period 122 days, the project with complete engineering functions, high quality requirements. The construction period is short, the cross-operation is many, the installation product protection is difficult and so on. The quality of the project will directly affect the safety, functionality and applicability of the whole project. It is particularly important to introduce scientific knowledge and methods of project quality management to the quality management of the project. Firstly, this paper summarizes the particularity of Liangshan Mobile Fire Control Network Monitoring and Management system, and formulates a concrete policy of quality management according to its characteristics. In order to further implement the specific project quality management plan: adhere to quality first, process quality, to ensure the overall quality of the project. The quality target of the project is that the quality rate of the project is 98%, the quality rate of the whole project is 90%, and the time and quality of the project is excellent. And set up the installation construction leading group, project management department, project management system and other project quality management organization to manage the project quality and safety. On the basis of the whole process quality management theory, the special quality control flow of the project is worked out on the basis of construction preparation, construction process and construction acceptance stage. And the project quality meeting system, quality responsibility system, quality inspection system and other quality management system. Secondly, according to the ISO9001:2000 quality assurance system standard of Liangshan Mobile Company, the project quality assurance work is formulated. Therefore, the project quality assurance system we have set up mainly starts from the aspects of organization assurance, system assurance, measure assurance, quality assurance and economic guarantee, and makes the quality assurance system work more detailed. Establish the quality assurance measures of the project personnel, equipment and materials, and the quality assurance measures of the main construction methods. Finally, according to the contents and characteristics of the project, according to the quality manual and procedure file, the quality control of Liangshan Mobile Fire Control Network Monitoring and Management system is carried out before, during the construction stage and at the completion stage. The quality elements of the construction process can be effectively controlled and operated. In this paper, according to the characteristics of Liangshan mobile fire control network monitoring and management system project, the quality requirements of the project are analyzed in detail by using relevant quality management technology and theoretical knowledge, at the same time, A model will also be established for quality management work similar to the project. The research provides important theoretical support and practical help in project quality management for Liangshan Mobile Fire Control Network Monitoring and Management system, which is very worthy of recognition.
