【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代雷達(dá)和通信系統(tǒng)中,聲表面波延遲線是應(yīng)用非常廣泛的器件,與此同時(shí),對(duì)該器件的技術(shù)要求也越發(fā)嚴(yán)格,以至于常規(guī)的聲表面波延遲線很難滿足。介紹了4種聲表面波延遲線的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,克服了傳統(tǒng)延遲線受器件尺寸和基片材料長(zhǎng)度、相對(duì)帶寬及多路延遲的限制,滿足了雷達(dá)、通信等電子設(shè)備中對(duì)電信號(hào)的長(zhǎng)延遲需求,為聲表面波延遲線設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In modern radar and communication systems, the acoustic surface wave delay line is a very widely used device. At the same time, the technical requirements of the device are more stringent, so that the conventional surface wave delay line is difficult to satisfy. The optimization design method for 4 kinds of surface acoustic wave delay lines is introduced, and the size of the traditional delay line and the substrate are overcome. The limit of material length, relative bandwidth and multiplex delay satisfies the long delay demand for electrical signals in radar, communication and other electronic devices, and provides a reference for the design of surface acoustic wave delay line.
