高極化純度的超表面透鏡設計與應用

【摘要】:針對超表面在透鏡方面的應用,基于各向異性超表面單元設計了一款高極化純度的聚焦超表面透鏡,并探討了其在高增益高極化純度天線方面的應用.設計了一款具有極化濾波特性的各向異性超表面單元,單元對x極化波保持高透性的同時,對y極化波保持近乎為零的透射率.利用該型單元設計了焦距為30 mm、陣列大小為105 mm×105 mm、單元數(shù)為21×21的聚焦超表面透鏡.根據(jù)光路可逆原理,焦點處發(fā)出的球面波被超表面透鏡有效轉化為平面波,從而達到提高天線增益的目標.實驗中分別用不同極化形式的球面波照射聚焦超表面來研究超表面對不同極化波的控制特性.結果表明,x極化波照射時,超表面工作于透鏡模式,球面波轉化為平面波,天線增益大大提高;y極化波照射時,超表面類似于金屬板,將入射波全部反射;x/y極化混合波照射時,天線增益大大提高,且極化隔離度高于25 dB,充分說明設計的聚焦超表面在提高x極化波增益的同時可高效濾除y極化波,達到了高增益高極化純度的目標.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the application of hypersurface in lens, a focused hypersurface lens with high polarization purity is designed based on anisotropic hypersurface element, and its application in high gain and high polarization purity antenna is discussed. An anisotropic supersurface element with polarization filtering property is designed. The element maintains high permeability to x polarization wave and near zero transmittance to y polarization wave at the same time. The focal length is 30mm, the array size is 105mm 脳 105mm, and the number of units is 21 脳 21. According to the principle of reversible optical path, the spherical wave emitted at the focal point is effectively converted into a plane wave by the super-surface lens, thus achieving the goal of improving the antenna gain. In the experiment, spherical waves with different polarization forms are used to illuminate the supersurface to study the control characteristics of the supersurface to different polarization waves. The results show that the supersurface works in the lens mode, the spherical wave is converted into plane wave, and the antenna gain is greatly improved. The supersurface is similar to the metal plate, and when the incident wave is reflected completely, the x / y polarization mixed wave is irradiated. The antenna gain is greatly improved, and the polarization isolation is higher than 25 dB, which fully shows that the designed focusing supersurface can filter the y polarization wave efficiently while increasing the x polarization wave gain, and achieve the goal of high gain and high polarization purity.
