通信綜測儀譜分析與控制模塊設(shè)計

【摘要】:通信綜合測試儀是無線通信設(shè)備在開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、測試和維護過程中必不可少的測試儀器,以軟件無線電技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),其核心功能之一是信號的頻譜分析。隨著寬帶通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展以及跳頻、擴頻技術(shù)的廣泛使用,通信綜合測試儀頻譜分析面臨著高帶寬、窄信號、多突發(fā)等測試挑戰(zhàn)。論文針對通信綜合測試儀的寬帶頻域測試需求,設(shè)計了一種基于軟件無線電理論的寬帶頻譜處理模塊。模塊采用全數(shù)字中頻處理方法,將“觸發(fā)—捕獲—存儲—分析”結(jié)構(gòu)作為設(shè)計的整體架構(gòu),實現(xiàn)寬帶信號的實時頻譜分析功能。論文首先介紹了傳統(tǒng)頻譜分析與實時頻譜分析方法的架構(gòu)特點,并根據(jù)測試需求,設(shè)計了用于寬帶信號頻譜測試的硬件邏輯方案;關(guān)于模擬通道帶通濾波器的群延遲校正,論文從數(shù)字全通濾波器的系數(shù)特征出發(fā),利用最小相位序列與其復倒譜系數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,由期望全通濾波器的群延遲函數(shù)得到全通濾波器的傳遞函數(shù),完成校正濾波器的設(shè)計;針對不同測試信號的特點,設(shè)計了包括頻率模板觸發(fā)的四種觸發(fā)功能,實現(xiàn)不同條件下的觸發(fā)捕獲功能;設(shè)計了基于DDR3 SDRAM存儲芯片的觸發(fā)存儲機制,配合觸發(fā)功能模塊,將觸發(fā)時刻附近的時域信號經(jīng)正交解調(diào)降速得到基帶I/Q信號后不間斷的存入SDRAM中;對于實時頻譜分析中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)——重疊幀,論文設(shè)計了工作于不同模式下的兩種重疊算法,包括dual_FIFO和SDRAM地址重疊。重疊后的數(shù)據(jù)以數(shù)據(jù)幀的格式與時域窗口函數(shù)相乘,數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)加窗處理后送入到頻譜分析功能塊完成寬帶信號的頻譜分析處理;最后,設(shè)計了命令解析仲裁中心,完成上位機命令解析工作,并產(chǎn)生本地控制信號,控制相應(yīng)模塊的功能調(diào)整,實現(xiàn)用戶對模塊的整體控制。通過模塊與寬帶信號源和相關(guān)測試軟件的聯(lián)合調(diào)試,合理設(shè)計測試信號對論文所設(shè)計的各功能模塊依次進行測試,并與理論值進行對比分析,驗證了論文給出的各模塊功能,實現(xiàn)了寬帶頻譜分析功能。
[Abstract]:The communication comprehensive testing instrument is an indispensable test instrument in the development, production, testing and maintenance of wireless communication equipment. It is based on the software radio technology. One of its core functions is signal spectrum analysis. With the rapid development of broadband communication technology and the wide use of frequency hopping and spread spectrum technology, the spectrum analysis of communication integrated tester is faced with high bandwidth, narrow signal, multi-burst and other testing challenges. In this paper, a broadband spectrum processing module based on software radio theory is designed to meet the requirement of broadband frequency domain testing of communication integrated tester. In the module, the full-digital if processing method is adopted, and the "triked-capture-storage-analysis" structure is taken as the whole structure of the design to realize the real-time spectrum analysis function of wideband signal. Firstly, the paper introduces the architecture characteristics of traditional spectrum analysis and real-time spectrum analysis methods, and designs the hardware logic scheme for broadband signal spectrum testing according to the test requirements, and the group delay correction of analog channel bandpass filter. Based on the coefficient characteristics of digital all-pass filter and the relationship between the minimum phase sequence and its complex cepstrum coefficient, the transfer function of the all-pass filter is obtained from the group delay function of the expected all-pass filter, and the design of the correction filter is completed. According to the characteristics of different test signals, four trigger functions including frequency template trigger are designed to realize the trigger capture function under different conditions, and the trigger storage mechanism based on DDR3 SDRAM memory chip is designed to cooperate with the trigger function module. The time domain signal near the trigger time is saved into SDRAM by quadrature demodulation and deceleration. For the key technology of real-time spectrum analysis, overlapping frame, two overlapping algorithms working in different modes are designed in this paper. Including dual_FIFO and SDRAM address overlap. The overlapped data is multiplied by the time domain window function in the format of the data frame, and the data is sent to the spectrum analysis function block to complete the spectrum analysis of the wideband signal after windowing. Finally, the command analysis arbitration center is designed. The command analysis of the upper computer is completed, and the local control signal is generated, the function adjustment of the corresponding module is controlled, and the overall control of the module is realized. Through the joint debugging of the module with the wideband signal source and the related test software, the test signal is designed to test the functional modules designed in turn, and compared with the theoretical values, the functions of each module are verified. The function of broadband spectrum analysis is realized.
