強(qiáng)迫振蕩肺功能的偽隨機(jī)激勵(lì)信號(hào)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:強(qiáng)迫振蕩技術(shù)(FOT)是一種主動(dòng)式肺功能測(cè)量技術(shù),通過給呼吸系統(tǒng)外加激勵(lì)信號(hào)的方式,辨識(shí)呼吸系統(tǒng)力學(xué)特性。FOT技術(shù)常用的激勵(lì)信號(hào)包括單頻正弦、偽隨機(jī)和周期性脈沖三種。本文針對(duì)偽隨機(jī)多正弦組合信號(hào)存在的時(shí)域幅度過沖問題,研究了偽隨機(jī)信號(hào)的相位優(yōu)化,嘗試了隨機(jī)相位組合以及時(shí)-頻域交換算法,以波峰因數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)化效果。進(jìn)一步根據(jù)振蕩單元的頻率響應(yīng)曲線對(duì)低頻段(4~18 Hz)輸入信號(hào)的幅值進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)償,使最終產(chǎn)生的偽隨機(jī)信號(hào)的時(shí)-頻域特性在4~40 Hz范圍內(nèi)能夠滿足呼吸系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)要求。研究結(jié)果表明,時(shí)-頻域交換算法能夠有效優(yōu)化偽隨機(jī)信號(hào)的相位組合,振蕩單元的幅頻特性經(jīng)過低頻補(bǔ)償后,能夠產(chǎn)生滿足性能要求的激勵(lì)信號(hào)。
[Abstract]:Forced oscillation (FOT) is a kind of active pulmonary function measurement technique. By applying the excitation signal to the respiratory system, the mechanical characteristics of the respiratory system. FOT technology commonly used excitation signals include single frequency sinusoidal, pseudorandom and periodic pulse. In this paper, the phase optimization of pseudorandom signal is studied for the time-domain amplitude overshoot problem of pseudorandom multi-sinusoidal combination signal. The algorithm of random phase combination in time-frequency domain is tried, and the optimization effect is evaluated by wave peak factor. Furthermore, according to the frequency response curve of the oscillating unit, the amplitude of the input signal in the low frequency band is compensated, so that the time-frequency characteristic of the resulting pseudorandom signal can meet the requirements of respiratory system identification in the range of 440 Hz. The results show that the time-frequency switching algorithm can effectively optimize the phase combination of pseudorandom signals, and the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the oscillation units can produce excitation signals that meet the performance requirements after the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the oscillation units are compensated at low frequency.
