【摘要】:胃腸動(dòng)力是影響人體消化的重要因素,如何評(píng)估胃腸動(dòng)力成為了醫(yī)療診斷與研究的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)。基于低功耗藍(lán)牙技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一套可同時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)胃內(nèi)的壓力、溫度、電導(dǎo)率和pH值的低功耗胃動(dòng)力監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),分別從硬、軟件設(shè)計(jì)方面進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了臨床動(dòng)物試驗(yàn)的情況。系統(tǒng)對(duì)壓力、溫度、電導(dǎo)率和pH值的測(cè)量精度分別可達(dá)±0.5 k Pa、±0.1℃、±0.1 ms和±0.05 PH,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定性好,通信成功率可達(dá)99%,能夠連續(xù)工作90天以上,采集響應(yīng)時(shí)間小于1 s,備份存儲(chǔ)可達(dá)10 000幀數(shù)據(jù)。本研究可望為胃腸動(dòng)力障礙性疾病和其他胃腸疾病的臨床診斷和療效評(píng)價(jià)等提供參考,為促進(jìn)胃腸動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究尋求一種新的途徑。
[Abstract]:Gastrointestinal motility is an important factor affecting human digestion. How to evaluate gastrointestinal motility has become a difficult point in medical diagnosis and research. Based on low power bluetooth technology, a low power gastric dynamic monitoring system is designed, which can dynamically monitor the pressure, temperature, conductivity and pH value of stomach at the same time. The hardware and software design are analyzed respectively. The clinical animal trials were also introduced.
