市級配用電網(wǎng)的EPON通信系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:配用電環(huán)節(jié)是建設(shè)堅強智能電網(wǎng)的六大環(huán)節(jié)之一,是堅強智能電網(wǎng)的重要基礎(chǔ)和組成部分。配用電網(wǎng)自動化改造的重要性體現(xiàn)在如下幾個方面:1.配用電網(wǎng)直接面向電力用戶,其作用舉足輕重。2.配用電網(wǎng)的管理維護工作量遠(yuǎn)大于主網(wǎng)輸變電管理。3.我國配用電網(wǎng)投資不足,自動化、智能化程度低于主網(wǎng),成為制約電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)展瓶頸所在。而通信技術(shù)是配用電網(wǎng)自動化改造的重中之重,通信質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣將直接影響到整個系統(tǒng)的運行。根據(jù)歐美、日韓等發(fā)達國家的配用電網(wǎng)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗,實現(xiàn)配用電網(wǎng)自動化是提高供電可靠性和供電質(zhì)量、擴大供電能力、實現(xiàn)配用電網(wǎng)高效經(jīng)濟運行的重要手段,同時也是實現(xiàn)智能電網(wǎng)的重要基礎(chǔ)之一。智能電網(wǎng)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的提出,為配用電網(wǎng)自動化注入了新的內(nèi)涵,也為配用電網(wǎng)自動化的發(fā)展明確了發(fā)展方向。本論文首先分析目前主要的配用電通信網(wǎng)所涉及的通信技術(shù),并且比較了各種通信技術(shù)的最大傳輸速率、最大傳輸距離、建設(shè)成本、可靠性、適用場景等技術(shù)指標(biāo)。然后通過對國內(nèi)各電力公司EPON技術(shù)成熟應(yīng)用案例分析,結(jié)合石嘴山市現(xiàn)場勘查情況,提出了基于EPON通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),適合于石嘴山市配電通信系統(tǒng)的配電和用電通信系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計及施工方案。提出基于配用電通信系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)分析模型,證明EPON系統(tǒng)可以適用于石嘴山市的配用電通信系統(tǒng),最后設(shè)計了石嘴山市EPON通信系統(tǒng)管理軟件方案。
[Abstract]:Power distribution is one of the six links in building a strong smart grid, and it is an important foundation and component of a strong smart grid. The importance of automated transformation of distribution networks is reflected in the following aspects: 1. Distribution network is directly oriented to power users and plays an important role. Distribution network management and maintenance work is much larger than the main network power transmission and transformation management. 3. The lack of investment, automation and intelligence of distribution network in our country is lower than that of main network, which restricts the development of power system. Communication technology is the most important part of the automatic transformation of distribution network, and the quality of communication will directly affect the operation of the whole system. According to the experience of distribution network construction in developed countries, such as Europe, America, Japan and South Korea, realizing the automation of distribution network is an important means to improve the reliability and quality of power supply, expand the power supply capacity, and realize the efficient and economical operation of distribution network. At the same time, it is also one of the important bases to realize smart grid. The strategic goal of smart grid not only injects new connotation into distribution automation, but also clarifies the development direction of distribution automation. This paper first analyzes the communication technology involved in the main distribution communication network, and compares the maximum transmission rate, maximum transmission distance, construction cost, reliability, applicable scenarios and other technical indicators of various communication technologies. Then, by analyzing the mature application cases of EPON technology in domestic power companies, and combining the field survey situation of Shizuishan City, a communication network system based on EPON is put forward. The overall design and construction scheme of distribution and electric communication system suitable for distribution and communication system in Shizuishan City. A business analysis model based on distribution communication system is proposed, which proves that EPON system can be applied to distribution communication system in Shizuishan City. Finally, the management software scheme of EPON communication system in Shizuishan City is designed.
