運(yùn)行中變壓器表面振動(dòng)信號(hào)特征分析與提取

【摘要】:變壓器是電力系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,其運(yùn)行的可靠性影響著電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行安全。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明變壓器繞組和鐵芯是變壓器故障的多發(fā)部件,變壓器表面振動(dòng)信號(hào)與繞組及鐵芯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)密切相關(guān),由此通過變壓器表面振動(dòng)信號(hào)的特征分析與提取,可準(zhǔn)確反映繞組與鐵芯的工作狀態(tài),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)振動(dòng)法監(jiān)測(cè)變壓器運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。本文以運(yùn)行中變壓器表面三維振動(dòng)信號(hào)為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合負(fù)載電流和運(yùn)行電壓對(duì)不同方向振動(dòng)信號(hào)的時(shí)域峰值特征、傅里葉變換頻譜特征和依據(jù)小波包分解法得到的能量譜特征進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)。在特征分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)變壓器表面振動(dòng)信號(hào)特征提取的需求,結(jié)合變壓器負(fù)載電流和運(yùn)行電壓數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行了能量、相關(guān)性和靈敏度分析,構(gòu)造了可用來表征變壓器繞組和鐵芯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)變化的特征向量,該向量可用于定量表示變壓器表面振動(dòng)信號(hào)頻點(diǎn)能量受負(fù)載電流和運(yùn)行電壓變化的影響,為變壓器的特征提取提供新的思路。變壓器運(yùn)行工況復(fù)雜多變,對(duì)其表面振動(dòng)信號(hào)具有顯著影響,本文參考風(fēng)電機(jī)組的區(qū)間劃分方法,完成了對(duì)變壓器運(yùn)行工況的劃分。結(jié)合特征向量和各工況下振動(dòng)信號(hào)的能量分布,設(shè)定了變壓器振動(dòng)異常判定準(zhǔn)則,用于變壓器的在線監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Transformer is the key equipment in power system. The reliability of transformer affects the safety of power system. The statistical results show that transformer windings and iron cores are the frequent components of transformer faults, and the vibration signals on the surface of transformers are closely related to the operating state of the windings and cores. Therefore, the characteristic analysis and extraction of the vibration signals on the surface of the transformers are carried out. It can accurately reflect the working state of winding and iron core, and then realize the vibration method to monitor the operating state of transformer. In this paper, three dimensional vibration signals of transformer surface in operation are taken as the research object, and the time domain peak characteristics of vibration signals in different directions are combined with load current and operating voltage. The spectrum features of Fourier transform and the energy spectrum obtained by wavelet packet decomposition are analyzed and summarized. Based on the characteristic analysis, the energy, correlation and sensitivity of the vibration signal are analyzed by combining the load current and the running voltage data of the transformer, aiming at the demand of feature extraction of the vibration signal on the surface of the transformer. The eigenvector, which can be used to represent the change of transformer winding and core operation state, is constructed. The vector can be used to quantitatively express the influence of load current and operating voltage on the frequency point energy of vibration signal on the surface of transformer. It provides a new idea for feature extraction of transformer. The operation conditions of transformers are complex and changeable, which have a significant effect on the surface vibration signals. This paper, referring to the partition method of wind turbine units, completes the partition of transformer operating conditions. Based on the eigenvector and the energy distribution of vibration signals under different working conditions, the criterion of transformer vibration anomaly is set up, which is used for on-line monitoring of transformers.
