【摘要】：本文提出了一個安全播出量化管理的思維方式,再運用數(shù)據(jù)分析手段把量化具體化,從管理、考核、運維幾個角度舉例說明如何量化、如何把統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)據(jù)分析這種手段為我們的實際業(yè)務所用,如何讓"事故"提前發(fā)生在"路上"變成"隱患",從這個角度探討如何提升安全播出。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward a way of thinking about the quantitative management of safe broadcast, and then uses the means of data analysis to concretize the quantization, illustrating how to quantify and how to count statistics from the aspects of management, examination, operation and maintenance. How to make the accident happen on the road ahead of time becomes a hidden danger is discussed from this angle how to improve the safety of broadcast.
