【摘要】:隨著科技的發(fā)展,人們的生活水平的逐漸提高,特別是計算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,大大的提高了社會各個行業(yè)發(fā)展的速度。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的速度得到了大幅度的提高,人類的網(wǎng)絡(luò)從最初的2G發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的4G,特別是智能移動端的出現(xiàn),人們對于更快速的網(wǎng)絡(luò)的需求也越來越強(qiáng)烈。4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),吸引了大量的人群使用。很多運(yùn)營商開始了客戶的爭奪戰(zhàn)。本文主要是以大慶移動為研究對象,進(jìn)行相關(guān)的資料研究。該地區(qū)在原有的基礎(chǔ)之上,開始了第三期的4G建設(shè)項目,大慶移動4G建設(shè)項目工程量大、投資大、工期短、外部環(huán)境復(fù)雜,在此條件下,建設(shè)難度極大。因此,研究大慶移動4G建設(shè)項目進(jìn)度管理問題,保障4G建設(shè)項目順利進(jìn)行,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用價值,同時對于同類項目進(jìn)度控制也具有借鑒意義。本文從四方面對大慶移動4G建設(shè)項目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究。首先,闡述了對大慶移動4G建設(shè)項目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理研究的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者有關(guān)建設(shè)項目的進(jìn)度管理研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地梳理,同時分析了論文的主要研究內(nèi)容和采用的研究方法;其次,闡明了進(jìn)度管理和移動4G技術(shù)的基本理論、基本概念以及移動4G項目特點(diǎn),為大慶移動4G建設(shè)項目進(jìn)度管理研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ);再次,對大慶移動4G建設(shè)項目的概況進(jìn)行了介紹,明確項目的基本情況、工作內(nèi)容、專業(yè)分工,并介紹了4G項目進(jìn)度管理的現(xiàn)狀,同時挖掘進(jìn)度管理在實(shí)施的過程中存在的進(jìn)度計劃執(zhí)行不嚴(yán)、進(jìn)度管理統(tǒng)計不準(zhǔn)確、盲目糾正進(jìn)度偏差、物資供應(yīng)不到位對進(jìn)度管理的影響、忽略外部環(huán)境對進(jìn)度管理的影響、合作單位進(jìn)度執(zhí)行協(xié)同性差等問題,并針對每個具體問題進(jìn)行深入的原因剖析;最后,結(jié)合進(jìn)度管理知識,對大慶移動4G建設(shè)項目進(jìn)度管理中存在的問題,提出了嚴(yán)格進(jìn)度計劃的執(zhí)行力、提高進(jìn)度統(tǒng)計的準(zhǔn)確性、科學(xué)糾正進(jìn)度偏差、加強(qiáng)物資供應(yīng)管理、營造良好的外部環(huán)境、探索對合作單位的管理方式等相應(yīng)對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the improvement of people's living standard, especially the development of computer technology, has greatly improved the speed of social development. With the development of the network, the speed of the Internet has been greatly improved, the human network has developed from the initial 2G to the present 4G, especially the emergence of intelligent mobile terminal. The demand for faster. 4G networks is also growing, attracting large numbers of people to use them. Many operators have begun a battle for customers. This paper mainly takes Daqing Mobile as the research object, carries on the related data research. On the basis of the original foundation, the region began the third phase of 4G construction project. Daqing Mobile 4G construction project has a large amount of construction, large investment, short construction period, complex external environment, under this condition, the construction is extremely difficult. Therefore, it is of practical value to study the schedule management of 4G construction project of Daqing Mobile, to ensure the smooth progress of 4G construction project, and also has reference significance for the similar project schedule control. This paper studies the schedule management of 4G construction project of Daqing Mobile from four aspects. First of all, this paper expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the progress management research on the 4G construction project of Daqing Mobile, and systematically combs the progress management research of the domestic and foreign scholars about the construction project. At the same time, the main research contents and research methods are analyzed. Secondly, the basic theory and concept of schedule management and mobile 4G technology are expounded, as well as the characteristics of mobile 4G project. Lay a theoretical foundation for Daqing mobile 4G construction project schedule management research; thirdly, the general situation of Daqing mobile 4G construction project is introduced, the basic situation of the project, work content, professional division of labor, The paper also introduces the current situation of 4G project schedule management, at the same time excavates the impact on schedule management existing in the implementation of schedule management, such as lax execution of schedule plan, inaccurate statistics of schedule management, blind correction of schedule deviation and inadequate supply of materials. Ignore the impact of the external environment on progress management, cooperation unit schedule implementation of poor synergy and other issues, and in view of each specific problem in-depth analysis; finally, combined with progress management knowledge, In view of the problems existing in the schedule management of the 4G construction project of Daqing Mobile, this paper puts forward strict execution of the schedule plan, improving the accuracy of the progress statistics, scientifically correcting the progress deviation, strengthening the management of the material supply, and creating a good external environment. To explore the management of cooperative units and other corresponding countermeasures.
