【摘要】：為提高無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的可靠性及壽命,提出了一種基于分簇的自適應(yīng)的預(yù)測(cè)加權(quán)數(shù)據(jù)融合(AFWDF)算法。AFWDF算法依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)在時(shí)間上的相關(guān)性,建立預(yù)測(cè)模型。源節(jié)點(diǎn)與簇頭利用前期監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的變化態(tài)勢(shì)自適應(yīng)調(diào)整預(yù)測(cè)模型參數(shù)對(duì)后期數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),源節(jié)點(diǎn)通過(guò)預(yù)測(cè)值與測(cè)量值比較提取特征值和剔除異常值,簇頭根據(jù)特征值和預(yù)測(cè)值還原監(jiān)測(cè)值,并計(jì)算監(jiān)測(cè)值可信度和權(quán)重進(jìn)行加權(quán)數(shù)據(jù)融合。通過(guò)性能分析及仿真,得出AFWDF可靠性較高,且在模擬環(huán)境下網(wǎng)絡(luò)壽命周期比SAEMDA和BPNDA算法提高了15%左右。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the reliability and lifetime of wireless sensor network monitoring system, a clustering adaptive predictive weighted data fusion algorithm, AFWDF algorithm, is proposed to build a prediction model based on the temporal correlation of the data. The source node and cluster head self-adaptively adjust the prediction model parameters to predict the later data. The source node extracts the eigenvalue and removes the abnormal value by comparing the predicted value with the measured value. The cluster head restores the monitoring value according to the eigenvalue and the predicted value, and calculates the reliability and weight of the monitoring value for weighted data fusion. Through performance analysis and simulation, it is concluded that AFWDF is more reliable, and the network life cycle is about 15% higher than that of SAEMDA and BPNDA algorithm in the simulated environment.
