相控陣天線陣面兩級備件優(yōu)化配置模型

【摘要】:針對相控陣天線陣面?zhèn)浼渲么嬖诘娜哂嘈詮、批量送修、多級維修等現(xiàn)實問題,綜合考慮備件費用、維修能力以及庫存策略之間的關(guān)系,建立了基于定期補給的兩級備件優(yōu)化配置模型。給出了系統(tǒng)的故障件維修周轉(zhuǎn)過程和維修備件的定期補給過程,在分析備件、庫存、維修能力之間關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合成批到達的排隊理論,建立了系統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)可用度模型。以備件配置費用最小為目標(biāo)、以系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)可用度為約束條件,建立了系統(tǒng)的備件優(yōu)化配置模型,并通過邊際效益分析法對模型進行了求解。通過算例仿真與分析對模型進行了驗證。結(jié)果表明:構(gòu)建的備件配置能夠較好地解決相控陣天線陣面的備件配置問題,具有一定的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the practical problems such as strong redundancy, batch repair, multilevel maintenance and so on, the relationship among spare parts cost, maintenance ability and inventory strategy is considered. The optimal allocation model of two-stage spare parts based on periodic supply is established. Based on the analysis of the relationship among spare parts, inventory and maintenance ability, and the queuing theory of batch arrival, the supply availability model of the system is established. Taking the minimum cost of spare parts as the goal and the availability of the system as the constraint condition, the optimal allocation model of spare parts is established, and the model is solved by the marginal benefit analysis method. The model is verified by simulation and analysis. The results show that the constructed spare parts configuration can solve the problem of spare parts allocation of phased array antenna arrays and has some advantages.
