全球5G頻譜研究概述及啟迪

【摘要】:第五代移動通信系統(tǒng)(5G)已成為全球信息通信技術(shù)的重點發(fā)展方向,受到政府和行業(yè)的廣泛關(guān)注。首先,對國際電信聯(lián)盟無線電通信部門(ITU-R)建議書中發(fā)布的5G愿景進行了概述和分析,指出5G系統(tǒng)將使用高中低全頻段;然后,總結(jié)了全球主要國家和地區(qū)關(guān)于5G頻率政策的最新動向,分析了其高中低頻段候選頻率的當(dāng)前使用情況和未來可用性,并指出了我國對相關(guān)頻段的策略和考慮;最后,基于我國無線電管理政策及面臨的形勢,結(jié)合5G系統(tǒng)特性,提出了對于5G頻率研究工作的思考和建議。
[Abstract]:The fifth generation mobile communication system (5G) has become the key development direction of global information and communication technology (ICT), and has been widely concerned by the government and industry. First, the 5G vision published in the ITU radiocommunications department recommendation is outlined and analyzed, indicating that the 5G system will use high, middle and low full frequency bands; then, This paper summarizes the latest trends of 5G frequency policies in major countries and regions of the world, analyzes the current use and future availability of the candidate frequencies in the middle and high frequency bands, and points out the strategies and considerations for the relevant frequency bands in China. Based on the radio management policy and the situation in China, combined with the characteristics of 5G system, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the study of 5G frequency.
