風(fēng)腔厚度對(duì)強(qiáng)迫風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)散熱性能的影響

【摘要】:以某雷達(dá)天線單元為研究對(duì)象,采用Icepak熱仿真軟件,研究了風(fēng)腔厚度對(duì)強(qiáng)迫風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)散熱性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:風(fēng)腔厚度對(duì)風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)的散熱性能有明顯影響;保持風(fēng)機(jī)型號(hào)和散熱器結(jié)構(gòu)不變,當(dāng)風(fēng)腔厚度過小時(shí),風(fēng)機(jī)的性能受到明顯抑制;隨著風(fēng)腔厚度的增加,風(fēng)機(jī)的性能會(huì)變好,發(fā)熱元件的溫度明顯降低;當(dāng)風(fēng)腔厚度達(dá)到一定值后再繼續(xù)增加時(shí),風(fēng)機(jī)的性能反而會(huì)下降,發(fā)熱元件的溫度也相應(yīng)升高。在工程設(shè)計(jì)中,推薦此類風(fēng)冷散熱結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)腔厚度取值不小于16mm,不大于40mm。
[Abstract]:Taking a radar antenna unit as the research object, the effect of the thickness of the air chamber on the heat dissipation performance of the forced air cooling system is studied by using the Icepak thermal simulation software.The results show that the thickness of the air chamber has a significant effect on the cooling performance of the air cooling system, while keeping the type of fan and the structure of the radiator unchanged, when the thickness of the air chamber is too small, the performance of the fan is obviously suppressed; with the increase of the thickness of the air chamber,The performance of the fan will become better and the temperature of the heating element will obviously decrease, and when the thickness of the air chamber reaches a certain value and then continues to increase, the performance of the fan will decrease and the temperature of the heating element will rise accordingly.In the engineering design, it is recommended that the thickness of the air chamber of this kind of air-cooled heat dissipation structure is not less than 16mm and not more than 40mm.
