【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)稀疏貝葉斯學(xué)習(xí)算法(SBL)在解決低信噪比條件下信號到達(dá)角(DOA)估計(jì)有效性的問題,提出基于酉變換的實(shí)數(shù)域稀疏貝葉斯學(xué)習(xí)(RV-OGSBL)的快速離格DOA估計(jì)方法。該方法首先對均勻線陣的實(shí)際接收信號通過構(gòu)造增廣矩陣作為DOA估計(jì)的處理信號,然后利用酉變換將估計(jì)模型從復(fù)數(shù)域轉(zhuǎn)化到實(shí)數(shù)域,進(jìn)一步在實(shí)數(shù)域下將離格模型與稀疏貝葉斯學(xué)習(xí)算法相結(jié)合迭代處理實(shí)現(xiàn)DOA估計(jì),獲得較高的估計(jì)精度。仿真結(jié)果表明,RV-OGSBL方法不僅能保持傳統(tǒng)SBL算法的性能,而且顯著降低了計(jì)算復(fù)雜度。在低信噪比和低快拍數(shù)的情況下,算法運(yùn)行時(shí)間降低約50%,表明該方法是一種快速的DOA估計(jì)算法。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the validity of the traditional sparse Bayesian learning algorithm (SBL) in solving the problem of signal arrival angle (OAA) estimation under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), a fast DOA estimation method based on unitary transform for sparse Bayesian learning (RV-OGSBL) in real number domain is proposed.In this method, the real received signal of uniform linear array is first processed by constructing an augmented matrix as the DOA estimation signal, and then the estimation model is transformed from complex number domain to real number domain by unitary transformation.Furthermore, in real number domain, the DOA estimation is realized by the combination of the discrete model and sparse Bayesian learning algorithm, and the estimation accuracy is higher.Simulation results show that the RV-OGSBL method can not only maintain the performance of the traditional SBL algorithm, but also significantly reduce the computational complexity.Under the condition of low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and low beat number, the running time of the algorithm is reduced by about 50%, which indicates that this method is a fast DOA estimation algorithm.
