【摘要】:研究了采用雙面體全息光柵作為波導(dǎo)入耦合器提高全息波導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)耦合亮度的可能性。通過優(yōu)化雙面體全息光柵的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),提高了系統(tǒng)對(duì)紅、綠、藍(lán)光的相對(duì)入耦合亮度。仿真結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)雙面體光柵的厚度均為10μm,傾斜角偏差為±0.4°時(shí),系統(tǒng)的紅、綠、藍(lán)光的相對(duì)入耦合亮度對(duì)比只用單片光柵時(shí)分別提高了61%、60%、58%。
[Abstract]:The possibility of using bihedral holographic grating as waveguide coupler to improve the coupling brightness of holographic waveguide system is studied.By optimizing the structure parameters of the bihedral holographic grating, the relative coupling luminance of the system to red, green and blue light is improved.The simulation results show that when the thickness of the bihedral grating is 10 渭 m and the deviation of the tilt angle is 鹵0.4 擄, the relative coupling brightness of the red, green and blue light of the system is increased by 61 / 60 and 58 / 58 respectively when only a single grating is used.
