【摘要】：本文介紹了一種Ka波段多通道接收機,主要用于航天及航空領域,實現(xiàn)空間數據通信、高精度測量定位。由于毫米波技術的應用主要受制于MMIC芯片及其密封技術,故本項目擬采取毫米波多芯片氣密封裝技術及嵌入式模塊化設計,實現(xiàn)毫米波多通道集成工作模式,使其具有通道幅相一致性好、體積小、重量輕、功耗低、寬溫工作和高可靠等優(yōu)點,可應用于高等級、高可靠系統(tǒng)中。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a Ka-band multi-channel receiver is introduced, which is mainly used in aerospace and aeronautical fields to realize spatial data communication and high precision measurement and positioning.Because the application of millimeter-wave technology is mainly restricted by MMIC chip and its sealing technology, this project intends to adopt millimeter-wave multi-chip airtight packaging technology and embedded modular design to realize millimeter-wave multi-channel integrated working mode.It has the advantages of good uniformity of amplitude and phase, small volume, light weight, low power consumption, wide temperature operation and high reliability. It can be used in high grade and high reliability systems.
