【摘要】:隨著冷鏈運(yùn)輸需求的日益旺盛,冷藏集裝箱運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)隨之?dāng)U大,其運(yùn)輸過程中的安全性問題越來越受到人們的重視,故實(shí)現(xiàn)對冷藏集裝箱的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控具有重大意義,F(xiàn)有冷藏集裝箱遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控技術(shù)方案大都只基于有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信或蜂窩移動通信實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,然而由于基站分布、信號干擾等因素導(dǎo)致無法實(shí)現(xiàn)偏僻及遠(yuǎn)海區(qū)域內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。對此,本文開發(fā)一種基于低軌衛(wèi)星通信和蜂窩移動通信的冷藏集裝箱監(jiān)控終端(冷箱衛(wèi)士),以實(shí)現(xiàn)對冷藏集裝箱在全球范圍內(nèi)無盲區(qū)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。本文開發(fā)的冷藏集裝箱監(jiān)控終端綜合運(yùn)用了嵌入式技術(shù)、GPS定位技術(shù)、串行通信技術(shù)、低軌衛(wèi)星通信技術(shù)和蜂窩移動通信技術(shù)等,以STM32作為中央處理器,利用GPS定位模塊采集位置信息、RS232串口采集冷機(jī)控制器信息、外擴(kuò)傳感器模塊采集冷藏集裝箱狀態(tài)信息,再利用低軌衛(wèi)星通信或蜂窩移動通信傳輸冷藏集裝箱信息數(shù)據(jù)包,最終將數(shù)據(jù)包上傳至后臺數(shù)據(jù)中心進(jìn)行處理,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對冷藏集裝箱的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。本文設(shè)計了冷藏集裝箱監(jiān)控終端的電源管理模塊、GPS定位模塊、冷機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、外擴(kuò)傳感器模塊、蜂窩通信模塊、衛(wèi)星通信模塊等部分的硬件電路;基于μC/OS-II實(shí)時操作系統(tǒng),利用C/C++完成了GPS位置數(shù)據(jù)采集程序、冷機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集程序、外擴(kuò)傳感器數(shù)據(jù)采集程序、蜂窩通信數(shù)據(jù)傳輸程序、衛(wèi)星通信數(shù)據(jù)傳輸程序等部分的軟件設(shè)計;搭建了冷藏集裝箱監(jiān)控終端功能測試平臺,進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)硬件檢測和軟件調(diào)試、樣機(jī)功能性測試、樣機(jī)可靠性測試,驗(yàn)證了樣機(jī)在正常環(huán)境和特定環(huán)境下具備定位功能、冷機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集功能、蜂窩移動通信功能及低軌衛(wèi)星通信功能等,此外,進(jìn)行了樣機(jī)安裝測試,結(jié)果表明樣機(jī)功能正常,滿足開發(fā)要求。本文開發(fā)的冷藏集裝箱監(jiān)控終端有利于冷鏈運(yùn)輸裝備更加智能化,為實(shí)現(xiàn)對冷藏集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)娜蚧O(jiān)控提供了技術(shù)方案;此外,預(yù)留了一定數(shù)量的接口用于監(jiān)控終端進(jìn)一步地擴(kuò)展和完善功能。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of cold chain transportation, the refrigerated container transportation business expands, and the security problem in its transportation process is paid more and more attention. Therefore, it is of great significance to realize remote monitoring of refrigerated containers. Most of the existing remote monitoring schemes of refrigerated containers are only based on wired network communications or cellular mobile communications. However, because of the distribution of base stations, Factors such as signal interference make it impossible to transmit data in remote and distant sea areas. In this paper, a cold storage container monitoring terminal based on Leo satellite communication and cellular mobile communication is developed to realize the remote monitoring of refrigerated container without blind area in the whole world. The refrigerated container developed in this paper is a refrigerated container. The monitoring terminal synthetically uses the embedded technology and GPS positioning technology. Serial communication technology, low-orbit satellite communication technology and cellular mobile communication technology, with STM32 as the central processor, using GPS positioning module to collect position information and RS232 serial port to collect the information of the cooler controller. The extended sensor module collects the status information of the refrigerated container, then transmits the information packet of the refrigerated container using low-orbit satellite communication or cellular mobile communication, and finally uploads the data packet to the background data center for processing. In order to realize the remote monitoring of refrigerated container, this paper designs the power management module of refrigerated container monitoring terminal, the GPS positioning module, the data acquisition module of cooling machine, the expanding sensor module and the cellular communication module. The hardware circuit of satellite communication module, based on 渭 C/OS-II real-time operating system, using C / C to complete GPS position data acquisition program, cooling machine data acquisition program, external sensor data acquisition program, cellular communication data transmission program, The software design of satellite communication data transmission program, the function test platform of refrigerated container monitoring terminal, the hardware test and software debugging of prototype, the functional test of prototype, the reliability test of prototype, etc. It is verified that the prototype has the functions of positioning, data acquisition, cellular mobile communication and Leo satellite communication in the normal and special environment. In addition, the prototype installation test is carried out, and the results show that the prototype function is normal. To meet the requirements of development. The cold chain container monitoring terminal developed in this paper is conducive to more intelligent cold chain transport equipment, and provides a technical solution for the global monitoring of refrigerated container transport. A certain number of interfaces are reserved for the further expansion and improvement of the function of the monitoring terminal.
