【摘要】:為克服晶體管或者電子開關(guān)在太赫茲頻段上的不足,將石墨烯應(yīng)用于太赫茲可重構(gòu)天線中。根據(jù)石墨烯表面電導(dǎo)率模型,分析了其面電導(dǎo)率隨頻率、化學(xué)勢(shì)和溫度的變化關(guān)系,以及表面阻抗與化學(xué)勢(shì)的關(guān)系,證明了石墨烯應(yīng)用于可重構(gòu)天線的優(yōu)勢(shì)。設(shè)計(jì)了一款外加偏置電壓的石墨烯方向圖可重構(gòu)天線,天線結(jié)構(gòu)包括金屬偶極子(有源振子)以及作為反射器/引向器的金屬和石墨烯振子。利用改變化學(xué)勢(shì)(外加偏置電壓)的方式調(diào)節(jié)無(wú)源振子中石墨烯貼片的阻抗?fàn)顟B(tài),改變電流分布,使得無(wú)源振子在反射器與引向器之間轉(zhuǎn)換。通過(guò)HFSS軟件的仿真優(yōu)化,天線實(shí)現(xiàn)了在0°,±32°,±37°,±40°方向的輻射,工作頻率在(1.07±0.06)THz范圍內(nèi),相對(duì)帶寬大于7.84%,輻射效率最高達(dá)89.96%。7個(gè)輻射方向中,最大輻射增益達(dá)8.312dB。該天線具有體積小、重量輕、調(diào)控方式簡(jiǎn)便且穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在太赫茲波束可重構(gòu)天線領(lǐng)域有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the shortcomings of transistors or electronic switches in terahertz band, graphene was applied to terahertz reconfigurable antenna. The relationship between surface conductivity and frequency, chemical potential and temperature was analyzed according to the surface conductivity model of graphene. The relationship between surface impedance and chemical potential proves the advantage of graphene in reconfigurable antenna. A graphene pattern reconfigurable antenna with bias voltage is designed. The antenna structure includes metal dipoles (active dipoles) and metal and graphene dipoles as reflectors / guides. The impedance state of graphene patches in passive vibrators is adjusted by changing the chemical potential (plus bias voltage). By changing the current distribution, the passive oscillator can be converted between the reflector and the deflector. Through the simulation optimization of the HFSS software, the antenna can radiate in the direction of 0 擄, 鹵32 擄, 鹵37 擄, 鹵40 擄, and the operating frequency is within 1.07 鹵0.06)THz. The relative bandwidth is greater than 7.84 and the maximum radiation efficiency is 89.96.7. The maximum radiation gain is 8.312 dB. The antenna has the advantages of small size, light weight, simple and stable control mode. It has certain application value in the field of terahertz beam reconfigurable antenna.
