【摘要】：隨著雷達技術的迅猛發(fā)展,弱目標的檢測與跟蹤也受到了廣泛的關注。與傳統(tǒng)的檢測方法相比檢測前跟蹤算法更加高效。當檢測與跟蹤的目標的信噪比較低時,它能通過對雷達多幀數(shù)據(jù)的連續(xù)處理及沿可能的目標航跡積累能量來同時實現(xiàn)目標的檢測與跟蹤。其中研究基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃的檢測前跟蹤算法因為它相對其他算法而言在硬件上易實現(xiàn),在計算量和存儲量上也相對較小。本文對基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃的檢測前跟蹤算法進行了更加系統(tǒng)的研究,主要內(nèi)容有:(1)對檢測前跟蹤算法(TBD)與先檢測后跟蹤算法(DBT)這兩種方法進行的優(yōu)缺點的比較分析。分析了基于Hough變換的TBD算法、基于三維匹配濾波的TBD算法、基于粒子濾波的方法TBD算法和基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃的TBD算法這四種算法優(yōu)缺點。搭建了基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃算法的目標運動模型及量測模型。(2)針對傳統(tǒng)基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃的檢測前跟蹤算法的能量擴散效應,提出了三種改進算法。第一種改進算法是在傳統(tǒng)動態(tài)規(guī)劃算法中引入新的權重系數(shù)對其進行方向加權。針對該算法在低信噪比下檢測性能不高的缺點提出了第二種方法,基于三幀積累的檢測前跟蹤改進算法。該算法通過將二幀遞歸積累改為三幀遞歸積累提高了信噪比。為了進一步提高幀間的數(shù)據(jù)關聯(lián)性提出了第三種改進算法,基于指數(shù)平滑的改進算法。該方法利用預測值和當前幀對應的值的關系更加充分利用了目標的運動性提高了算法的性能。(3)對多目標的檢測前跟蹤算法進行了研究。首先介紹了基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃的極值法,但是極值法的缺點是無法有效檢測目標航跡相交或目標臨近的兩個目標,針對這一局限性,提出了基于動態(tài)規(guī)劃的剔除法。剔除法是先對目標的強度進行對比,將強度最大的當成目標檢測出來,然后將其從觀測數(shù)據(jù)中剔除。如此重復直到檢測出所有的目標。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of radar technology, the detection and tracking of weak targets has received extensive attention. Compared with the traditional detection methods, the pre-detection tracking algorithm is more efficient. When the SNR of the targets detected and tracked is low, It can simultaneously realize the detection and tracking of targets by continuous processing of radar multi-frame data and accumulation of energy along possible target tracks. The pre-detection tracking algorithm based on dynamic programming is studied because it is relative to other algorithms. In terms of hardware, The amount of computation and memory is also relatively small. In this paper, a more systematic study on the pre-detection tracking algorithm based on dynamic programming is carried out. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, TBD algorithm based on Hough transform and TBD algorithm based on 3D matched filter. The advantages and disadvantages of TBD algorithm based on particle filter and TBD algorithm based on dynamic programming are presented. The object motion model and measurement model based on dynamic programming algorithm are built. Tracking the energy diffusion effect of the algorithm, Three improved algorithms are proposed. The first one is to introduce new weight coefficients into the traditional dynamic programming algorithm to carry out directional weighting. A second method is proposed to solve the problem that the detection performance of the algorithm is low in low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). An improved algorithm of pre-detection tracking based on three-frame accumulation is proposed, which improves the SNR by changing the recursive accumulation of two frames into three frames. In order to further improve the data correlation between frames, a third improved algorithm is proposed. An improved algorithm based on exponential smoothing is proposed, which makes full use of the relationship between the prediction value and the corresponding value of the current frame and improves the performance of the algorithm. Firstly, the extremum method based on dynamic programming is introduced. However, the disadvantage of extreme value method is that it can not effectively detect two targets whose track intersects or is close to the target. In view of this limitation, a dynamic programming based culling method is proposed, which is to compare the intensity of the target first. Detect the most intense targets and remove them from the observations. Repeat until all targets are detected.
