心電ST-T段的截取算法與系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:心電圖是心肌缺血、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病的首要檢查項目之一,其ST-T段反映了心室復極的過程。利用小波變換的多分辨率分析對原始心電信號進行基線漂移校正和濾波,再結(jié)合凸點算子和動態(tài)搜索窗方法,對ST-T段定位。通過European ST-T數(shù)據(jù)庫中的所有數(shù)據(jù)驗證,該算法的平均識別率在93%以上。對于所有較為規(guī)律的心電信號,其識別率均高于90%。該方法避免了T波峰值定位難這一問題,有效地解決R波倒置、T波倒置和T波高尖等的定位。該算法計算的復雜度較低,能很好地嵌入到實際工程應用中。
[Abstract]:Electrocardiogram (ECG) is one of the most important examination items for cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction, and its ST-T segment reflects the process of ventricular repolarization. Combined with convex point operator and dynamic search window method, the ST-T segment is located. The average recognition rate of the algorithm is above 93% through all the data in the European ST-T database. For all the regular ECG signals, the average recognition rate of the algorithm is more than 93%. The recognition rate of the algorithm is higher than 90. This method avoids the problem of T wave peak localization and effectively solves the problem of R wave inversion T wave inversion and T wave height tip localization. The algorithm has lower computational complexity and can be embedded into practical engineering applications.
