基站用外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國通信行業(yè)的發(fā)展,通信基站數(shù)量和用電設(shè)備的增加使基站應(yīng)急供電發(fā)電機(jī)得到廣泛應(yīng)用。由于基站空間的限制,要求發(fā)電機(jī)具有體積小、效率高、便于維護(hù)等特點(diǎn)。在此背景下,外轉(zhuǎn)子分?jǐn)?shù)槽集中繞組永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)逐漸被應(yīng)用在通信基站中。外轉(zhuǎn)子分?jǐn)?shù)槽集中繞組永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)具有功率密度大、高效、質(zhì)量輕、易維護(hù)、便攜等特點(diǎn)。但分?jǐn)?shù)槽集中繞組產(chǎn)生的磁動(dòng)勢諧波含量相對整數(shù)槽較高,永磁體渦流損耗不可忽略;通信設(shè)備對發(fā)電機(jī)的固有電壓調(diào)整率要求較高。因此本文針對外轉(zhuǎn)子分?jǐn)?shù)槽集中繞組永磁發(fā)電機(jī)永磁體渦流損耗和固有電壓調(diào)整率兩個(gè)問題進(jìn)行研究。針對永磁體渦流損耗的研究:首先從氣隙磁導(dǎo)變化、定子磁動(dòng)勢空間諧波、定子電流時(shí)間諧波分析了永磁體渦流損耗的產(chǎn)生原因,其次研究了永磁體渦流損耗的有限元計(jì)算方法,最后從極槽配合、氣隙長度、極弧系數(shù)、槽口尺寸四個(gè)方面分析了其對永磁體渦流損耗的影響。針對發(fā)電機(jī)固有電壓調(diào)整率的研究:采用交直軸等效磁路法計(jì)算電抗參數(shù),從提高發(fā)電機(jī)凸極率的角度研究氣隙、永磁體磁化方向長度對發(fā)電機(jī)固有電壓調(diào)整率的影響。設(shè)計(jì)了一種永磁體極間加入導(dǎo)磁材料的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu),這種結(jié)構(gòu)可以明顯提高凸極率。設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)功率為6.5kW的外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī),從永磁體渦流損耗、有效材料用量、齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩三方面分析三種極槽配合的利弊并選擇一種極槽配合,結(jié)合轉(zhuǎn)子極間加導(dǎo)磁材料的轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)降低固有電壓調(diào)整率。用外電路模擬發(fā)電機(jī)負(fù)載情況下的電壓輸出,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the development of communication industry in China, the number of communication base stations and the increase of electrical equipment make the base station emergency power generators widely used. Because of the space limitation of base stations, the generators are required to have small size and high efficiency. In this context, the external rotor fractional slot concentrated winding permanent magnet synchronous generator is gradually used in the communication base station. The external rotor fractional slot concentrated winding permanent magnet synchronous generator has the advantages of high power density, high efficiency and light mass. It is easy to maintain, portable and so on, but the harmonic content of magnetic EMF generated by concentrated winding of fractional slot is higher than that of integer slot, so the eddy current loss of permanent magnet can not be ignored. In this paper, the eddy current loss and inherent voltage adjustment rate of permanent magnet generator with fractional-slot concentrated winding outside rotor are studied. The study of body Eddy current loss: firstly, from the change of air gap magnetic conductance, The causes of eddy current loss of permanent magnet are analyzed by stator magnetodynamic potential spatial harmonics and stator current time harmonics. Secondly, the finite element calculation method of permanent magnet eddy current loss is studied. Finally, from pole slot fit, air gap length, polar arc coefficient, The influence of slot size on eddy current loss of permanent magnet is analyzed. In view of the inherent voltage adjustment rate of generator, the reactance parameters are calculated by using the method of alternating straight axis equivalent magnetic circuit, and the air gap is studied from the angle of increasing the salient pole rate of generator. The effect of the length of magnetization direction of permanent magnet on the inherent voltage adjustment rate of generator is studied. A rotor structure with magnetic conduction material between permanent magnets is designed. This structure can obviously improve the salient rate. An external rotor permanent magnet synchronous generator with a power of 6.5 kW is designed, with eddy current loss from permanent magnet and effective material consumption. The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of pole-slot fit are analyzed in three aspects, and a polar slot fit is selected. The rotor structure with magnetic conduction material between rotor poles reduces the inherent voltage adjustment rate. The output voltage of generator under load is simulated by external circuit. The rationality of the design is verified.
