【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)基于高速攝像機(jī)的非接觸、非介入式的動(dòng)態(tài)血壓獲取,對(duì)血壓與脈搏信號(hào)相位差、心率之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系進(jìn)行理論推導(dǎo);基于成像式光電容積描記技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了通過(guò)高速攝像機(jī)非接觸獲取脈搏信號(hào)的相位差和心率;基于血壓與脈搏信號(hào)相位差、心率之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系以及基于高速攝像機(jī)所獲得的脈搏信號(hào)相位差和心率,通過(guò)曲線(xiàn)擬合得到血壓與脈搏信號(hào)相位差、心率之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系的參數(shù)值,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于高速攝像頭的動(dòng)態(tài)血壓的非接觸獲取.為了驗(yàn)證基于高速攝像頭獲得的血壓的準(zhǔn)確性,以歐姆龍智能電子血壓儀獲得的血壓為參照進(jìn)行誤差分析,所得的收縮壓的誤差為-4.03%~8.44%,舒張壓的誤差為-6.58%~8.90%.
[Abstract]:In order to realize non-contact and non-interventional ambulatory blood pressure acquisition based on high-speed camera, the functional relationship between blood pressure and pulse signal phase difference and heart rate is derived theoretically. Based on the phase difference between blood pressure and pulse signal, the function relationship between heart rate and phase difference of pulse signal, and the phase difference and heart rate of pulse signal obtained by high-speed camera, the phase difference and heart rate of pulse signal obtained by high-speed camera are realized. The parameters of the functional relationship between blood pressure and pulse signal phase difference and heart rate are obtained by curve fitting, and the non-contact acquisition of ambulatory blood pressure based on high-speed camera is realized, in order to verify the accuracy of blood pressure obtained based on high-speed camera. The error of systolic pressure is -4.03 and 8.44 and the error of diastolic blood pressure is -6.58 and 8.90 respectively, taking the blood pressure obtained by OMRON intelligent electronic blood pressure meter as the reference for error analysis. The results show that the error of systolic pressure is -4.03 and that of diastolic pressure is -6.58 and 8.90 respectively.
