基于PLC的液晶屏老化線傳輸控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來,國(guó)內(nèi)液晶屏產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,液晶屏產(chǎn)品在我們的生活中已隨處可見。由于液晶屏生產(chǎn)工藝較為復(fù)雜,在生產(chǎn)過程中可能會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定缺陷。因此,需要在產(chǎn)品出售前進(jìn)行老化處理,將產(chǎn)品潛在缺陷盡快暴露出來,并篩選出不良品,從而防止不良品被出售。本課題針對(duì)液晶屏的老化生產(chǎn),進(jìn)行了液晶屏在線老化自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文首先對(duì)液晶屏老化線各工段功能進(jìn)行介紹,并對(duì)其傳輸控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,明確了控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),分別從硬件設(shè)計(jì)、PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)和人機(jī)交互界面三方面進(jìn)行控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。在硬件設(shè)計(jì)中,選用高性能的三菱Q系列PLC作為生產(chǎn)線控制核心,并對(duì)其余硬件進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)確選型,在硬件確定的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)電氣原理設(shè)計(jì)。在軟件設(shè)計(jì)中,完成了生產(chǎn)線傳輸控制的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì),并采用CC-Link現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)設(shè)備的遠(yuǎn)程分散控制。在生產(chǎn)線升降機(jī)中,使用三菱伺服電機(jī)搭建伺服系統(tǒng),簡(jiǎn)單有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)流向控制。在GP-Pro EX 4.0軟件平臺(tái),開發(fā)出老化線人機(jī)交互界面,并應(yīng)用Pro-face Remote HMI功能,提高了設(shè)備可操作性。本文設(shè)計(jì)的傳輸控制系統(tǒng),經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝調(diào)試,最終達(dá)到了老化生產(chǎn)要求。老化后,不良品被剔除,優(yōu)良品的穩(wěn)定性與可靠性得到提高,增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic LCD screen industry has developed rapidly, and the LCD products have been found everywhere in our life. Because the production process of LCD screen is more complicated, it may produce some defects in the production process. It is necessary to deal with the aging before the product is sold, to expose the potential defects of the product as soon as possible, and to screen out the bad products so as to prevent the bad products from being sold. The design and realization of the automatic production line for liquid crystal screen aging on line are carried out. Firstly, the functions of each section of the liquid crystal screen aging line are introduced, and the transmission control system is analyzed, and the design task of the control system is defined. In the hardware design, Mitsubishi Q series PLC is selected as the control core of the production line, and the other hardware is selected accurately. On the basis of the hardware determination, the electrical principle design of the whole control system is completed. In the software design, the PLC program of the transmission control of the production line is designed, and the CC-Link fieldbus technology is adopted. In the elevator of production line, Mitsubishi servo motor is used to set up servo system, and the production direction control is realized simply and effectively. The man-machine interface of aging line is developed on GP-Pro ex 4.0 software platform. The Pro-face Remote HMI function is applied to improve the operability of the equipment. The transmission control system designed in this paper has been installed and debugged on the spot, and finally reached the requirements of aging production. The stability and reliability of excellent products have been improved, and the competitiveness of enterprises has been enhanced.
