持續(xù)短陣快速脈沖刺激對情緒加工腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響的研究

【摘要】:本文旨在研究持續(xù)短陣快速脈沖刺激(c TBS)干預(yù)對情緒加工腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響。我們采用c TBS技術(shù)對10名受試者的左前額背外側(cè)皮質(zhì)(DLPFC)區(qū)域進(jìn)行干預(yù),同時(shí)記錄干預(yù)前后受試者進(jìn)行情緒面孔性別識別任務(wù)時(shí)的頭皮腦電(EEG)信號,然后采用EEG信號相位同步值來衡量兩個(gè)腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)間的連接強(qiáng)度,并運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)效率來描述腦區(qū)的信息傳遞效率。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)由c TBS技術(shù)干預(yù)受試者腦區(qū),再采用情緒面孔圖片刺激后,100~300 ms時(shí)間窗內(nèi)的EEG信號的β頻段的事件相關(guān)功率明顯增強(qiáng);不同的情緒圖片刺激下,中性和負(fù)性情緒圖片刺激的EEG信號全局相位同步值比正性情緒刺激下更高;情緒加工腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)小世界特性增強(qiáng)。綜上所述,本文通過研究左側(cè)DLPFC活躍性改變對情緒加工腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,初步探索了情緒加工腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)制,為以后的情緒加工腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of continuous short array rapid pulse stimulation on the functional network of emotional processing brain. We used c TBS technique to intervene in the DLPFC region of the left dorsolateral frontal cortex in 10 subjects. At the same time, the scalp electroencephalogram (EGG) signals were recorded before and after the intervention, and the EEG signal phase synchronization value was used to measure the connection strength between the two brain network nodes. The network efficiency was used to describe the efficiency of information transmission in the brain region. The results showed that the c TBS technique was used to interfere with the brain region of the subjects. After stimulation with emotional face image, the incident correlation power of 尾 band of EEG signal in 100 Ms time window was significantly increased, while under different emotional picture stimulation, The global phase synchronization value of EEG signal of neutral and negative emotional picture stimulation is higher than that of positive emotional stimulation, and the small world characteristics of emotional processing brain network are enhanced. By studying the effect of the change of left DLPFC activity on emotional processing brain network, this paper preliminarily explored the mechanism of emotional processing brain network, which provided a reference for the future research of emotional processing brain network.
