【摘要】：針對室內(nèi)無線局域網(wǎng)環(huán)境中無線信號不穩(wěn)定,以及傳統(tǒng)支持向量回歸定位算法在構(gòu)建位置坐標(biāo)與信號強(qiáng)度時的單輸出導(dǎo)致位置坐標(biāo)信息之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性降低的問題,提出一種基于改進(jìn)支持向量回歸的室內(nèi)定位方法。該算法首先對采集到的接收信號強(qiáng)度(RSS)指紋進(jìn)行對數(shù)處理使其更符合正態(tài)分布,然后采用高斯濾波過濾掉小概率的指紋值之后構(gòu)建指紋數(shù)據(jù)庫;其次,為了降低單獨(dú)構(gòu)建x與y坐標(biāo)模型的誤差,提高二維位置信息與RSS之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,在訓(xùn)練階段增加訓(xùn)練一個校正坐標(biāo)z=x·y;最后,根據(jù)加權(quán)反K近鄰的方法得到最優(yōu)的位置坐標(biāo)。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明,提出的算法可以減少室內(nèi)復(fù)雜環(huán)境帶來的噪聲干擾,與傳統(tǒng)的支持向量回歸定位算法相比有更高的定位精度。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the instability of wireless signal in indoor WLAN environment, and the problem that the single output of traditional support vector regression localization algorithm in constructing position coordinate and signal intensity leads to the decrease of the correlation between position coordinate information. An indoor localization method based on improved support vector regression is proposed. Firstly, logarithmic processing of received signal intensity (RSS) fingerprint is carried out to make it more suitable for normal distribution. Secondly, in order to reduce the error of constructing X and y coordinate model separately and improve the correlation between two-dimensional position information and RSS, Gao Si filter is used to filter out the fingerprint value of small probability. At last, the optimal position coordinates are obtained according to the weighted inverse K nearest neighbor method. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the noise disturbance caused by the complex indoor environment. Compared with the traditional support vector regression localization algorithm, the location accuracy is higher.
