保定供電公司電力系統(tǒng)PTN專網(wǎng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著保定供電公司農(nóng)電資產(chǎn)“上劃”和“三集五大”管理模式的推進,伴隨著業(yè)務(wù)流量的不斷增加,以光纜和TDM為基礎(chǔ)的傳統(tǒng)傳送網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳送效率較低的劣勢就突顯出來,保定電力系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)有的傳送網(wǎng)基于光纖及現(xiàn)代交換等通信技術(shù),組成了傳輸網(wǎng)、業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)及支撐網(wǎng),傳送網(wǎng)剛性管道承載的分組業(yè)務(wù),限制了匯聚比,導致業(yè)務(wù)統(tǒng)計復用效率低。導致其難以適應(yīng)全業(yè)務(wù)對帶寬需求,并造成了巨大的傳送成本壓力。電力PTN網(wǎng)絡(luò)承載了管理信息業(yè)務(wù),電量采集、視頻會議、信息內(nèi)網(wǎng)、信息外網(wǎng)、行政電話、電視會議等業(yè)務(wù)種類也隨之不斷豐富。本文圍繞PTN在電力專網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用進行研究。首先,按照“統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃模式、技術(shù)路線和政策、技術(shù)體制”的原則,結(jié)合地區(qū)、縣通信網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,對縣光傳輸系統(tǒng)進行技術(shù)研究。然后,結(jié)合保定供電公司的現(xiàn)有通信網(wǎng)的從網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備層次等方面進行研究。最后,對PTN網(wǎng)絡(luò)的承載能力,業(yè)務(wù)模型、業(yè)務(wù)隔離、傳輸特性、傳輸時延、傳輸帶寬、組網(wǎng)應(yīng)用等方面進行了研究,對PTN業(yè)務(wù)路徑保護等技術(shù)體制、承載的業(yè)務(wù)類型、電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的適用性以及與現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)對接等方面進行分析和研究。本課題所研究的保定供電公司調(diào)度、行政語音業(yè)務(wù)、無人值守變電站視頻監(jiān)控、電量采集、視頻會議等業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用,以及對電力PTN網(wǎng)絡(luò)改造與中長期的通信規(guī)劃、技術(shù)發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)一致,對電網(wǎng)光傳輸網(wǎng)平穩(wěn)、健康過渡和發(fā)展具有很好的工程意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the management mode of "top drawing" and "three sets and five" in Baoding power supply company's agricultural power assets, along with the continuous increase of service flow, the disadvantage of low transmission efficiency of traditional transmission network based on optical cable and TDM has been highlighted. The existing transmission network of Baoding power system is based on optical fiber and modern communication technology. It consists of transmission network, service network and support network. The packet service carried by rigid pipeline of transmission network limits the convergence ratio. As a result of low efficiency of service statistics reuse, it is difficult to adapt to the bandwidth requirement of the whole service, and cause huge pressure of transmission cost. Power PTN network carries management information service, electric power collection, video conference, information intranet, information extranet, etc. This paper focuses on the application of PTN in electric power network. Firstly, according to the principle of "unified planning mode, technical route and policy, technical system," The present situation of the county communication network, the technical research on the county optical transmission system. Then, combining the existing communication network of Baoding Power supply Company from the aspects of network structure, equipment level, etc. Finally, the bearing capacity and service model of the PTN network are studied. Service isolation, transmission characteristics, transmission delay, transmission bandwidth, networking application and so on are studied. The technical system of PTN service path protection, the type of service bearing, the applicability of power network service and the network with existing data network are studied. Transmission network docking and other aspects of analysis and research. This research Baoding power supply company scheduling, administrative voice services, unattended substation video monitoring, electricity acquisition, video conferencing and other business applications, It is of great engineering significance for the transformation of power PTN network and the medium and long term communication planning, and the coordinated development of technology, for the smooth, healthy transition and development of the optical transmission network of the power network.
