【摘要】：在國家三網(wǎng)融合政策和信息化發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略背景下,IPTV技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用成為我國廣電行業(yè)的焦點(diǎn),廣電行業(yè)開始從傳統(tǒng)向技術(shù)IP化和業(yè)務(wù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化的方向發(fā)展。在最近幾年中,我們國家IPTV業(yè)務(wù)獲得了迅猛發(fā)展,市場需求不斷激增,并逐漸演變?yōu)殡娨暟l(fā)展的核心趨勢。所以,在國家融合政策的引導(dǎo)和扶持下,構(gòu)建一個(gè)技術(shù)全面、性能穩(wěn)定、便于維護(hù)和檢修的播控平臺(tái),不但是廣電順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展而采取的重要舉措,同時(shí)也為廣電深入融合提供了十分有價(jià)值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。三網(wǎng)融合中的核心為“網(wǎng)”,但對(duì)于電視臺(tái)來說并不是無關(guān)。電視臺(tái)可充分的結(jié)合IPTV和手機(jī)電視的優(yōu)勢,通過整合移動(dòng)客戶端、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等多元化的傳媒方式以進(jìn)行全方位覆蓋。以此為主流媒體的升級(jí)和轉(zhuǎn)型奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。集成播控平臺(tái)并非只是一個(gè)單獨(dú)的技術(shù)系統(tǒng),它更代表的一類全新的運(yùn)營模式,并充分的體現(xiàn)了中國特色。平臺(tái)通過專門的播出單位進(jìn)行構(gòu)建和管理,在內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈當(dāng)中融入和全新的環(huán)節(jié),確保三網(wǎng)融合下的信息安全性。因?yàn)榇祟惼脚_(tái)的建設(shè)價(jià)值重大,因此本文將IPTV集成播控平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建作為主線,設(shè)計(jì)融合播控建設(shè)的相關(guān)對(duì)策。本論文根據(jù)三網(wǎng)融合背景下的新媒體業(yè)務(wù)開展需要,從安全播出及監(jiān)察監(jiān)看系統(tǒng)、融合播控平臺(tái)、播控服務(wù)平臺(tái)以及網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)四大部分,設(shè)計(jì)出以多業(yè)務(wù)融合播控為中心的“廣電新媒體集成播控分平臺(tái)”的總體方案。基于廣電行業(yè)的特殊政策性要求,充分考慮系統(tǒng)安全性,具備完整的安全體系,針對(duì)提出的總體方案,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署、節(jié)目引入、容災(zāi)策略三方面設(shè)計(jì)了融合播控平臺(tái)的部署方案,從而設(shè)計(jì)出一套完整的IPTV播控平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The development and application of IPTV technology has become the focus of China's radio and television industry under the background of the national integration policy of three networks and the strategic development of information technology. The radio and television industry has begun to develop from the traditional IP technology to the Internet service. In recent years, the development of IPTV technology has become the focus of China's radio and television industry. Our country IPTV business has obtained the swift and violent development, the market demand surges unceasingly, and gradually evolves into the television development core trend. Therefore, under the guidance and the support of the national fusion policy, constructs a technology to be comprehensive, the performance is stable, The broadcast control platform, which is convenient for maintenance and maintenance, is not only an important measure taken by radio and television in keeping with the development of the times, At the same time, it also provides a very valuable experience for the radio and television in-depth integration. The core of the three-network convergence is "net", but it is not irrelevant to the TV station. The TV station can fully combine the advantages of IPTV and mobile TV, through the integration of mobile clients, Internet and other diversified media means to cover all aspects. As a mainstream media upgrade and transformation to lay a good foundation. Integrated broadcast control platform is not just a single technical system, it represents a new kind of business model. And fully embodies the Chinese characteristics. The platform is constructed and managed through special broadcasting units, and integrated into and new links in the content industry chain to ensure the information security under the integration of three networks. Because the construction value of this platform is great, Therefore, this paper takes the construction of IPTV integrated broadcast control platform as the main line, designs the relevant countermeasures of the integration broadcast control construction. According to the needs of the new media business under the background of three networks convergence, this paper integrates the broadcast control platform from the safe broadcasting and monitoring and watching system, and integrates the broadcast control platform. Based on the four parts of broadcast control service platform and network management system, the overall scheme of "radio and television new media integrated broadcast control sub-platform" is designed, which centers on multi-service fusion broadcast and control. Based on the special policy requirements of radio and television industry, the security of the system is fully considered. It has a complete security system. According to the proposed overall scheme, the integrated broadcast control platform deployment scheme is designed from three aspects: network deployment, program introduction, disaster recovery strategy, so as to design a complete IPTV broadcast control platform.
