【摘要】:隨著光纖通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展和光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的逐漸普及,由于光纖通信在信號傳輸質(zhì)量、抗干擾能力以及可擴容性等方面的明顯優(yōu)點,光纖通信終端傳輸設(shè)備正逐漸取代以電纜傳輸為主的傳統(tǒng)信息數(shù)據(jù)傳輸設(shè)備,尤其是在視頻監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域,視頻光端機的出現(xiàn)滿足了視頻長距離傳輸?shù)男枨。本課題是為江蘇省公安廳對連云港市政安防監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)定制視頻光端機項目而開發(fā),應(yīng)用于航天二院和天津武警部隊多個邊防監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)改造工程;主要是解決利用現(xiàn)有的光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,提高光纖兩端設(shè)備業(yè)務(wù)承載能力,從而提高光纖的利用率問題。本課題主要針對遠(yuǎn)距離實時視頻監(jiān)控傳輸?shù)膽?yīng)用場合,提出了一種基于光纖傳輸?shù)墓鈧鬏斊脚_設(shè)計,最終實現(xiàn)一種多業(yè)務(wù)、可靈活配置、長距離傳輸?shù)碾p光、雙電備份的視頻光端機;硬件的總體設(shè)計方案包括硬件及軟件設(shè)計部分;硬件部分根據(jù)不同的功能分為視頻發(fā)送卡、視頻接收卡、控制數(shù)據(jù)卡、音頻傳輸卡、以太網(wǎng)傳輸卡、電源板卡、光卡及相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)子板原理、PCB設(shè)計。軟件部分設(shè)計主要是利用FPGA完成各個板卡功能,其中包括:光卡、視頻卡、數(shù)據(jù)卡、音頻傳輸卡、以太網(wǎng)傳輸卡的邏輯程序設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。測試驗證階段,確定測試手段和測試指標(biāo),以驗證整機功能、性能的實現(xiàn)是否滿足設(shè)計需求。本課題設(shè)備能充分整合業(yè)務(wù)功能,高效的提高了現(xiàn)光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)的利用率;配置更加靈活,業(yè)務(wù)功能以業(yè)務(wù)子板加業(yè)務(wù)板卡的方式實現(xiàn),采用插卡式設(shè)計,可以跟據(jù)客戶需求選配不同的業(yè)務(wù)板卡,即降低客戶不同業(yè)務(wù)定制產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)成本,又可以大大縮短研發(fā)周期,有利于搶占市場;設(shè)計滿足熱插拔功能,便于客戶及客服人員及時維修、維護(hù)設(shè)備;配置高性能光模塊應(yīng)對長距離傳輸要求;對電源及各業(yè)務(wù)端口采用工業(yè)級設(shè)計,提高產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。在視頻監(jiān)控領(lǐng)域遠(yuǎn)距離、多業(yè)務(wù)傳輸?shù)男枨笾?尤其在邊防、海防等長距離安防項目,由于早期規(guī)劃簡單、成本壓力大以及施工不便等原因,光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)相對設(shè)計比較簡單、光纜內(nèi)光纖通道比較少,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)升級方面,重新布網(wǎng)比較困難,工程施工難度大,舊設(shè)備維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)、更換不便,尤其是在視頻監(jiān)控實時性要求比較高的場合,所以如何提高光纖的利用率、增強視頻光端機的業(yè)務(wù)功能、產(chǎn)品可靠性、系統(tǒng)可維護(hù)性等問題就顯得越來越重要了。本課題主要很好的解決了上述問題,并且設(shè)計具有可靈活配置的多業(yè)務(wù)功能傳輸、工業(yè)級防護(hù)的高可靠性、遠(yuǎn)距離雙光備份、方便快捷的維護(hù)方式等優(yōu)點;具有產(chǎn)品升級改造的空間,在大型安防監(jiān)控項目設(shè)計及復(fù)雜舊網(wǎng)改造等市場具有明顯的優(yōu)勢,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of optical fiber communication technology and the popularization of optical fiber network application, because of the obvious advantages of optical fiber communication in signal transmission quality, anti-interference ability and scalability, etc. Optical fiber communication terminal transmission equipment is gradually replacing the traditional information and data transmission equipment, especially in the field of video surveillance. The appearance of video optical terminal meets the need of long distance video transmission. This project is developed for Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Bureau to customize video optical terminal for Lianyungang municipal security monitoring system. It has been applied to the renovation projects of several frontier surveillance systems of the second Space Institute and Tianjin Armed Police Force, mainly to solve the problem of using the existing optical fiber network resources to improve the carrying capacity of the equipment at both ends of the optical fiber. In order to improve the utilization ratio of optical fiber, this paper presents a design of optical transmission platform based on optical fiber transmission, aiming at the application of remote real-time video surveillance and transmission. Finally, it realizes a kind of multi-service and can be configured flexibly. The hardware includes hardware and software design, the hardware part is divided into video sending card, video receiving card and controlling data card according to different functions, the hardware part is divided into video transmission card, video receiving card and control data card, according to different functions, the hardware part is divided into video sending card, video receiving card and control data card. The design of audio transmission card, Ethernet transmission card, power card, optical card and the corresponding business sub-board principle PCB. The software design mainly uses FPGA to complete the function of each board, including: optical card, video card, data card, audio transmission card, etc. The logical program design and implementation of Ethernet transmission card. Test verification stage, test means and test index are determined to verify the function of the whole machine and whether the performance realization meets the design requirements. It improves the utilization ratio of the present optical fiber network efficiently, the configuration is more flexible, the service function is realized by the way of business subboard plus service board, and the design of plug card is adopted, different service card can be selected according to the customer's demand. It can reduce the R & D cost of custom-made products, and shorten the R & D cycle greatly, which is helpful to occupy the market; the design can satisfy the hot-swapping function and facilitate the customers and customer service personnel to maintain and maintain the equipment in time. High performance optical modules are configured to meet the requirements of long distance transmission, industrial grade design is adopted for power supply and service ports to improve the stability and reliability of products, and in the field of video surveillance, there is a need for long distance and multi service transmission, especially in border defense. Because of the simple early planning, high cost pressure and inconvenient construction, the relatively simple design of the optical fiber network, the less fiber channel in the optical cable, and the difficulty of redistributing the network in the upgrading of the network are due to the simple early planning, the heavy cost and the inconvenient construction of the long distance security project of the coastal defense. Engineering construction is difficult, old equipment maintenance, maintenance, replacement inconvenience, especially in the video surveillance real-time requirements are relatively high, so how to improve the use of optical fiber, enhance the video optical terminal business functions, product reliability, The maintainability of the system is becoming more and more important. This topic mainly solves the above problems, and designs the multi-service function transmission with flexible configuration, the high reliability of industrial protection, the long distance double optical backup, and so on. The utility model has the advantages of convenient and quick maintenance, and has the space for product upgrading and transformation. It has obvious advantages in the design of large-scale security monitoring projects and the transformation of complex old networks, and has a wide application prospect.
