【摘要】：確保爆破工程安全是爆破工程的永恒主題,當(dāng)前爆破安全監(jiān)理工作被廣泛推廣,一定程度上保證了爆破工程安全,但仍存在爆破監(jiān)理工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)記錄的難題�；诖�,利用現(xiàn)有視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)及通用設(shè)備優(yōu)化集成了一套基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)連接的便攜式遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),并詳細(xì)介紹了其在工程實(shí)例中的應(yīng)用。該系統(tǒng)小巧靈活,安裝、操作簡(jiǎn)便,可隨時(shí)改變視頻采集位置,解決了爆破現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變,安全監(jiān)理工作難以全面到位的問(wèn)題。視頻資料可刻盤存檔,供公安機(jī)關(guān)備案�？蔀楸乒こ态F(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全監(jiān)理工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:To ensure the safety of blasting engineering is the eternal subject of blasting engineering. At present, the supervision of blasting safety is widely popularized, to a certain extent, the safety of blasting engineering is guaranteed, but there is still a difficult problem in the field record of blasting supervision work. A portable remote video surveillance system based on Internet connection is integrated with the existing video surveillance technology and general equipment, and its application in engineering example is introduced in detail. The system is compact, flexible, easy to install and easy to operate. The location of video capture can be changed at any time, which solves the problem that the environment of blasting site is complex and changeable, and the work of safety supervision is difficult to complete. For the record of public security organs, it can provide reference for site safety supervision of blasting engineering.
