基于S3C6410的變電站視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國進入到'十三五',我國經(jīng)濟又進入到一個新臺階,人民的生活水平也在不斷進步,同時人民也越來越依賴電力能源,這就給我國電力相關部門提出了更高的要求—保證電力的安全性和穩(wěn)定性,特別是像我國沿海地區(qū),每年都會有數(shù)場臺風的侵襲,因此要想保證電力的正常供應,就必須要保證變電站及其周邊的安全,因此電力部門就需要一套能夠?qū)崟r的監(jiān)控變電站的系統(tǒng),當有電力無法正常供應的時候,電力部門相關人員能夠在第一時間內(nèi)知道發(fā)生問題的地點,隨后能夠立刻派相關維修人員過來維修。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在的視頻監(jiān)控技術可以去實現(xiàn)變電站視頻的監(jiān)控,相比之前的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),這樣做不僅可以提高視頻監(jiān)控的穩(wěn)定性,而且還可以縮減很多不必要的成本。該系統(tǒng)選用的是Linux操作系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)所用的代碼包含一個重要的性質(zhì)——開源性,并且遵循著GPL協(xié)議[1],由于源代碼被公開,因此任何人都可以在Linux操作系統(tǒng)上進行修改,非常方便。并且Linux操作系統(tǒng)在應用中表現(xiàn)出非常穩(wěn)定的性質(zhì),運行過程中消耗的資源較少。該系統(tǒng)選用USB攝像頭采集視頻圖像,USB攝像頭中所用到的是V4L2驅(qū)動程序,該驅(qū)動程序在靈活性和穩(wěn)定性方面具有很好的表現(xiàn),該系統(tǒng)如果要做到實時的監(jiān)控,那么這也意味著系統(tǒng)要處理的視頻圖像會非常多,因此需要選取具有較高壓縮效率的壓縮技術,該系統(tǒng)選用H.264編碼技術,目前該技術具有很好的壓縮效率。圖像在壓縮好后傳輸?shù)倪^程中容易受到多方面因素的干擾,本系統(tǒng)選用RTP/RTCP傳輸協(xié)議,隨后選用流媒體播放器VLC作為視頻播放器,VLC可以做到視頻的實時播放,而且還可以支持多種視頻格式的播放,最后對該系統(tǒng)中的全部功能進行詳細的仿真測試。
[Abstract]:As our country enters the 13th Five-Year Plan, the economy of our country enters a new stage, and the living standards of the people continue to improve. At the same time, the people are increasingly dependent on electricity and energy. This puts forward higher requirements for the power related departments in our country-to ensure the safety and stability of electricity, especially in coastal areas of China, where typhoons strike several times a year, so if we want to ensure the normal supply of electricity, It is necessary to ensure the safety of the substation and its surrounding areas. Therefore, the power department needs a system that can monitor the substation in real time, when there is electricity that cannot be supplied normally. Relevant personnel in the power sector can know the location of the problem within the first time, and then immediately send the relevant maintenance personnel to repair it. With the rapid development of the Internet industry, The current video surveillance technology can realize the substation video monitoring. Compared with the previous video surveillance system, it can not only improve the stability of video surveillance, The system uses the Linux operating system, and the code it uses contains an important property-open source, and follows the GPL protocol [1], because the source code is open. So anyone can make changes on the Linux operating system, which is very convenient. And the Linux operating system shows a very stable nature in the application. In this system, the V4L2 driver is used in the USB camera to capture video images, and the driver has a good performance in flexibility and stability. If the system is to be monitored in real time, it also means that the system will process a lot of video images, so it is necessary to select the compression technology with high compression efficiency, and the system uses H.264 coding technology. At present, the technology has a good compression efficiency. The image is easy to be interfered by many factors in the process of image transmission after compression. In this system, RTP/RTCP transmission protocol is selected. Then the streaming media player VLC can be used as the video player to play the video in real time, and it can also support the playback of various video formats. Finally, the simulation test of all the functions of the system is carried out in detail.
