聯(lián)網(wǎng)中物流配送車輛調(diào)度目標(biāo)定位設(shè)計(jì)與仿真

【摘要】:在物流配送車輛調(diào)度的研究中,GPS/GIS技術(shù)的監(jiān)控和調(diào)度系統(tǒng)功能多局限于實(shí)時(shí)定位、軌跡回溯和運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)等方面,而利用和挖掘相關(guān)歷史數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)時(shí)信息進(jìn)行配送車輛路徑規(guī)劃決策和動態(tài)調(diào)度卻存在困難和不足。為了滿足物流行業(yè)信息化和智能化的發(fā)展需求,設(shè)計(jì)了車聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下GPS/GIS協(xié)同物流配送車輛調(diào)度目標(biāo)定位系統(tǒng),并對車輛路徑規(guī)劃決策所需的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)類型、內(nèi)容、來源和決策流程進(jìn)行梳理和分析;同時(shí),車輛目標(biāo)定位系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)獲取的客戶需求、配送車輛、配送節(jié)點(diǎn)和運(yùn)行環(huán)境等相關(guān)信息對車輛調(diào)度和路徑規(guī)劃的影響,構(gòu)建了帶時(shí)間窗的動態(tài)車輛路徑問題(DVRPTW)混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃(MILP)模型,并在實(shí)驗(yàn)中通過混合遺傳算法尋優(yōu)對車輛配送路徑進(jìn)行動態(tài)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,最后,通過仿真驗(yàn)證了基于實(shí)時(shí)信息的車輛路徑優(yōu)化模型能夠有效地降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本,提高物流配送效率,改善物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Research on logistics vehicle scheduling, function monitoring and scheduling system of GPS/GIS technology is limited to real-time positioning, trace back operation and data statistics and so on, and use and mining related historical data and real-time information delivery vehicle path planning and dynamic scheduling decision is difficult and insufficient. In order to meet the requirements of the development of logistics industry informatization and intelligent design, the car networking environment GPS/GIS collaborative logistics vehicle scheduling target positioning system, data types, and the vehicle path planning is required for making content, source and decision-making process of carding and analysis; at the same time, the vehicle location real-time acquisition system of customer demand, delivery vehicles, related information distribution node and operation environment of vehicle scheduling and path planning, establishes a dynamic vehicle routing problem with time windows (DVRPTW) mixed integer The number of linear programming (MILP) model, and the hybrid genetic algorithm for optimization of dynamic adjustment and optimization of vehicle routing in the experiment finally verified by simulation model of vehicle routing optimization of real-time information can effectively reduce the operation cost of the enterprise based, improve logistics efficiency, improve logistics service quality.
