泡棉壓縮對(duì)液晶模組漏光的影響分析

【摘要】:由于市場(chǎng)以及客戶對(duì)液晶顯示的廣視角需求越來越多,1996年出現(xiàn)了FFS(Fringe Field Switch)技術(shù),其相對(duì)于IPS(In-Plane Switching)技術(shù),液晶模組的分辨率具有一定的提高。京東方通過對(duì)FFS技術(shù)在材料、設(shè)計(jì)以及工藝上的改善,形成了更為先進(jìn)的ADS(Advanced Super Dimension Switch)技術(shù),ADS液晶模組具有廣視角、高亮度以及高開口率等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。盡管ADS液晶模組具有很多優(yōu)勢(shì),但同時(shí)該模組具有較強(qiáng)的敏感性,在ADS模組受到外力的擠壓作用時(shí),容易產(chǎn)生漏光現(xiàn)象(也可稱為應(yīng)力Mura現(xiàn)象),影響客戶端的視覺效果。本文研究了承載液晶面板的泡棉對(duì)液晶模組漏光的影響,高壓縮比(75%)高厚度(0.4~0.6 mm)泡棉相對(duì)于常規(guī)泡棉,受到同樣的作用力壓縮量更大(同時(shí)進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算和實(shí)際測(cè)量),該泡棉對(duì)模組漏光現(xiàn)象改善明顯,不僅提高了模組的良率,也可以改善客戶端對(duì)產(chǎn)品的視覺效果。
[Abstract]:In 1996, FFS(Fringe Field switch technology was introduced because of the increasing demand for wide view of LCD. Compared with the IPS(In-Plane switching technology, the resolution of the LCD module is improved to a certain extent. Beijing and Eastern through the FFS technology in the material. With the improvement of design and technology, more advanced ADS(Advanced Super Dimension switch technology has been formed. The ADS liquid crystal module has the advantages of wide viewing angle, high brightness and high opening rate. Although the ADS liquid crystal module has many advantages, it is also highly sensitive. When the ADS module is extruded by external force, it is easy to produce light leakage (also called stress Mura phenomenon). In this paper, the effect of foam on the light leakage of liquid crystal module is studied. The high compression ratio (75) and high thickness (0.40 mm) foam cotton are compared with conventional foam cotton. Under the same force, the compression is much larger (at the same time, the theoretical calculation and practical measurement are carried out, the light leakage of the module is improved obviously by the foam cotton, and the yield of the module is not only improved. It can also improve the visual effect of the client to the product.
