廣義空間調(diào)制系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:具有低復(fù)雜度、低信道間干擾的空間調(diào)制(SpatialModulation,SM)和廣義空間調(diào)制(Generalised Spatial Modulation,GSM)技術(shù)將是 5G 大規(guī)模 MIMO(Multiple-input multiple-output,MIMO)系統(tǒng)理想的候選技術(shù)。本文以提高GSM系統(tǒng)的檢測性能同時保持較低的計算復(fù)雜度為目標(biāo),開展GSM系統(tǒng)接收信號檢測算法以及激活天線組合選擇算法研究。在經(jīng)典的GSM接收信號檢測算法中,最大似然(Maximum Likelihood,ML)檢測算法誤碼率性能最優(yōu),但其極高的計算復(fù)雜度使其在實際應(yīng)用中難以實現(xiàn)。線性檢測算法具有較低的復(fù)雜度,但其較差的誤碼率性能使其難以滿足實際應(yīng)用對系統(tǒng)可靠性的要求。本文將ML的低誤碼率與線性檢測的低復(fù)雜度相結(jié)合,設(shè)計出一種廣義空間調(diào)制系統(tǒng)的激活天線與調(diào)制符號聯(lián)合估計算法。仿真結(jié)果表明,提出的算法在保證較低復(fù)雜度的同時,獲得了較好的誤碼率性能。同時,本文將最新的壓縮感知理論用于GSM系統(tǒng)接收信號檢測,研究了正交匹配追蹤(Orthogonal Matching Pursuit,OMP)和基追蹤(Basis Pursuit,BP)檢測算法,并且提出一種改進(jìn)的基于壓縮感知的GSM系統(tǒng)接收信號檢測算法。該算法使用線性檢測降低了待檢測信號的維度,從而降低了算法的計算復(fù)雜度。仿真表明提出算法以較小的誤碼率性能損失為代價,大大降低了BP算法的復(fù)雜度。最后,本文研究了最大化接收向量間最小歐氏距離的GSM激活天線組合選擇算法。該算法誤碼率性能最優(yōu),但其具有極高的復(fù)雜度。因此,本文提出兩種降低復(fù)雜度的激活天線組合選擇算法:基于天線相關(guān)性準(zhǔn)則的廣義空間調(diào)制系統(tǒng)激活天線組合選擇算法以及基于最大化信道容量準(zhǔn)則的廣義空間調(diào)制系統(tǒng)激活天線組合選擇算法。仿真表明提出的兩種天線組合選擇算法具有較低的計算復(fù)雜度,且保持了較好的誤碼率性能。
[Abstract]:Spatial modulation with low complexity and low inter-channel interference (ISI). SM) and Generalised Spatial Modulation. GSM) technology will be 5G large-scale MIMO(Multiple-input multiple-output. The purpose of this paper is to improve the detection performance of GSM system while keeping low computational complexity. Research on GSM system receiving signal detection algorithm and combination selection algorithm of active antenna. In the classical GSM received signal detection algorithm. Maximum likelihood Maximum Likelihoodo (MLR) detection algorithm has the best BER performance. However, its high computational complexity makes it difficult to implement in practical applications, and the linear detection algorithm has a lower complexity. But its poor BER performance makes it difficult to meet the practical requirements of system reliability. This paper combines the low BER of ML with the low complexity of linear detection. A joint estimation algorithm of active antenna and modulation symbol for generalized spatial modulation system is designed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve better BER performance while ensuring lower complexity. In this paper, the latest compression sensing theory is applied to the detection of received signals in GSM systems, and orthogonal Matching Pursuit is studied. OMP) and basic tracking basis pursuit (BPP) detection algorithm. An improved GSM signal detection algorithm based on compressed sensing is proposed, which reduces the dimension of the signal to be detected by linear detection. Therefore, the computational complexity of the algorithm is reduced. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm greatly reduces the complexity of BP algorithm at the cost of small bit error rate performance loss. In this paper, we study the GSM active antenna combination selection algorithm, which maximizes the minimum Euclidean distance between received vectors. This algorithm has the best BER performance, but its complexity is very high. In this paper, we propose two combinatorial selection algorithms for reducing the complexity of active antennas. The combination selection algorithm of active antennas for generalized spatial modulation systems based on antenna correlation criterion and the combination selection algorithm for active antennas for generalized spatial modulation systems based on maximization channel capacity criterion are presented. The antenna combination selection algorithm has low computational complexity. And maintain a good bit error rate performance.
