抑制失諧星載天線振動(dòng)局部化的失諧優(yōu)化及控制改善

【摘要】:為了抑制隨機(jī)失諧星載天線結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)局部化及其導(dǎo)致的振動(dòng)控制失效問題,建立了徑向肋天線結(jié)構(gòu)的單肋多自由度集中參數(shù)模型,提出了一種衡量結(jié)構(gòu)整體振動(dòng)模態(tài)品質(zhì)的局部化因子;分析了失諧肋的安裝順序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)整體模態(tài)振型的影響,利用遺傳算法對(duì)失諧肋的安裝順序進(jìn)行了減振優(yōu)化,并評(píng)估了失諧優(yōu)化對(duì)天線振動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)性能的提升。結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于一組具有特定隨機(jī)失諧參數(shù)的徑向肋,基于本文的模態(tài)局部化因子和智能搜索算法可以快速、準(zhǔn)確地得到其最優(yōu)或近似最優(yōu)安裝順序,不僅能大大改善天線整體振動(dòng)模態(tài)品質(zhì)、降低結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)響應(yīng),還能提高天線結(jié)構(gòu)控制系統(tǒng)效能。
[Abstract]:In order to suppress the vibration localization of the random detuned satellite antenna structure and the vibration control failure caused by it, a single rib multi-degree-of-freedom lumped parameter model of radial rib antenna structure is established. A localization factor is proposed to measure the vibration modal quality of the whole structure. The influence of installation order of detuned ribbed rib on the mode shape of the whole structure is analyzed, and the installation sequence of detuned ribbed rib is optimized by genetic algorithm. The performance improvement of antenna vibration control system by detuning optimization is evaluated. The results show that for a group of radial ribs with special random detuning parameters. Based on the modal localization factor and intelligent search algorithm in this paper, the optimal or approximate optimal installation sequence can be obtained quickly and accurately, which can not only greatly improve the overall vibration modal quality of the antenna, but also reduce the vibration response of the structure. It can also improve the efficiency of antenna structure control system.
