【摘要】：對英語語音合理性進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確識別,可以提高英語發(fā)音的準(zhǔn)確性。在英語發(fā)音過程中,需要對在應(yīng)力影響下出現(xiàn)變異語音進(jìn)行過濾,但是傳統(tǒng)的識別模型進(jìn)行音準(zhǔn)識別時,主要通過發(fā)音音準(zhǔn)特征進(jìn)行識別,無法消除應(yīng)力影響下的變異語音,導(dǎo)致建模誤差大的問題。提出基于改進(jìn)粒子濾波的英語語音合理性優(yōu)化識別建模方法。采集不同人的英語發(fā)音和其唇動信息,依據(jù)信息論中的最大互信息準(zhǔn)則與盲源分離中的高階統(tǒng)計量準(zhǔn)則,獲取英語發(fā)音音準(zhǔn)合理性目標(biāo)函數(shù),并融合于動態(tài)時間規(guī)正原理,構(gòu)造英語發(fā)音音準(zhǔn)差別子空間,消除應(yīng)力影響下的變異語音,對英語發(fā)音音準(zhǔn)的主體部分進(jìn)行識別,并將英語發(fā)音語音特征矢量進(jìn)行長度對齊,組建英語語音合理性優(yōu)化識別模型。仿真結(jié)果表明,利用優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行英語語音合理性識別時識別精度較高,為英美發(fā)音差異教學(xué)提供了一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Accurate recognition of the rationality of English pronunciation can improve the accuracy of English pronunciation. In the process of English pronunciation, it is necessary to filter the variant speech under the influence of stress. However, when the traditional recognition model is used to recognize the sound level, it can not eliminate the influence of the stress on the variant speech. This paper proposes an improved particle filter (Particle filter) based method to optimize the recognition and modeling of English speech, and collects the information of different people's English pronunciation and lip movement. According to the maximum mutual information criterion in information theory and the high order statistics criterion in blind source separation, the objective function of English pronunciation rationality is obtained and integrated into the dynamic time normalization principle. In this paper, we construct the subspace of English pronunciation accuracy difference, eliminate the variation speech under the influence of stress, recognize the main part of English pronunciation accuracy, and align the length of the English pronunciation speech feature vector. The simulation results show that the recognition accuracy of the optimization model is high, which provides a scientific basis for the differential teaching of English pronunciation.
