【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),數(shù)字技術(shù),智能化技術(shù)的快速并且廣泛的發(fā)展,視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展也迎來了新的發(fā)展機遇。在企事業(yè)單位,機關(guān)部隊,銀行學校等,這些對安全保衛(wèi)有特殊要求的單位和部門,視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)可以提供最安全有效的解決方案,可以各類人員的行跡,設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài),車輛的進出,業(yè)務的辦理等,將這些業(yè)務行為進行時時的視頻監(jiān)控并存儲在后臺的硬盤存儲設(shè)備中,便于后續(xù)的查詢與調(diào)看;所以說視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)技術(shù),與我們?nèi)粘５纳a(chǎn)生活都有著緊密的聯(lián)系,與社會的發(fā)展都息息相關(guān)。文章主要結(jié)合本人的實際工作,結(jié)合電廠的實際工作情況,利用電廠原有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源條件,結(jié)合實際的需求,科學合理的設(shè)計視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),從而滿足電廠對安全保衛(wèi),設(shè)備運行,人員行跡的視頻監(jiān)控記錄功能,文章主要從以下幾個方面展開論文的設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容。首先,結(jié)合電廠的實際需求的分析,對視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)的相關(guān)技術(shù)進行了簡單扼要的介紹,這部分的技術(shù)研究與分析,也是本人在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的前期準備工作中,做了大量的技術(shù)資料與可行性研究材料的準備與收集工作,也是為后續(xù)設(shè)計工作的展開做足了準備,是整了設(shè)計工作的技術(shù)儲備階段。其次,對視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)設(shè)計與結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計。這一部分對視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)流程、數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)方式以及安全保障方式等方面進行了設(shè)計和優(yōu)化。這些設(shè)計的初衷,就是為了支撐起整個視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),是整個論文設(shè)計的核心部分,是論文的重點內(nèi)容。最后,是視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的目的就是為了實際的應用,系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)也是本人工作設(shè)計內(nèi)容的一部分,所有系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計也是為了實現(xiàn)應用的最終目的,
[Abstract]:With the rapid and extensive development of network technology, digital technology and intelligent technology, the development of video surveillance technology also ushered in a new development opportunity. These units and departments with special requirements for security, video surveillance technology can provide the safest and most effective solution, can be all kinds of personnel track, equipment running state, vehicles in and out. Business management and so on, these business behaviors are monitored from time to time and stored in the hard disk storage device in the background, so as to facilitate the subsequent query and adjustment; Therefore, the video surveillance system technology is closely related to our daily production and life, and closely related to the development of society. The article mainly combines my actual work, combined with the actual working situation of the power plant. Using the original network resource conditions of the power plant, combined with the actual needs, the scientific and reasonable design of the video monitoring system, so as to meet the power plant security, equipment operation, personnel track video monitoring recording function. The paper mainly from the following aspects of the design and implementation of the content. First, combined with the actual demand of the power plant analysis, the video surveillance technology related technologies are briefly introduced. This part of the technical research and analysis, but also in the early preparation of the system design, the preparation and collection of a large number of technical data and feasibility research materials. Also is for the follow-up design work to do the full preparation, is the entire design work technical reserve stage. Secondly. The technical design and structured design of video surveillance system. This part of the video surveillance system technology flow. Database implementation and security methods are designed and optimized. The original intention of these designs is to support the implementation of the entire video surveillance system is the core part of the whole paper design. Is the key content of the paper. Finally, is the implementation of video surveillance system, the purpose of the system design is for the practical application, the implementation of the system is also a part of my work design content.
