【摘要】：電視節(jié)目的安全播出是播控工作的重中之重。隨著廣電總局的62號令及其實(shí)施細(xì)則的出臺,為電視播控安全播出工作提出了要求,指明了方向。結(jié)合62號令及實(shí)施細(xì)則,以安全播出的角度,主要從播出技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的7個(gè)主要環(huán)節(jié),簡述大連廣播電視臺電視播控系統(tǒng)的安全播出設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The security broadcasting of TV program is the most important part of the broadcasting and control work . With the promulgation of the General Administration of Radio and Television 62 and the implementation rules , the paper puts forward the requirement for the broadcasting and control of TV broadcasting and control , pointing out the direction . Combining with the Decree No . 62 and the Implementation Rules , the paper introduces the security broadcasting design of the TV broadcasting and control system of Dalian broadcasting station mainly from the seven main links of the broadcasting technology system .
