【摘要】:倉儲環(huán)境監(jiān)測是實現(xiàn)倉儲貨物存儲安全及人的作業(yè)環(huán)境安全的重要手段,同時也是實現(xiàn)倉儲智能管理的關(guān)鍵。倉儲環(huán)境監(jiān)測好壞與安全息息相關(guān),近年來由倉儲監(jiān)測失效、不全面、延時性等引發(fā)了眾多作業(yè)人員受傷,物品受損等安全性問題,因此實施有效的倉儲環(huán)境監(jiān)測對于保障作業(yè)人員人身安全、職業(yè)環(huán)境安全等有著重要意義。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,倉儲監(jiān)測也需要結(jié)合新技術(shù),才能更好的處理倉儲數(shù)據(jù)的采集、傳輸、管理等工作,不斷加強(qiáng)倉儲安全管理。針對目前存在的問題,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)的使用背景,設(shè)計基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的倉儲環(huán)境遠(yuǎn)程安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)整體方案。選用TI(Texas Instruments)公司推出的低功耗藍(lán)牙無線通信模塊,構(gòu)架了基于藍(lán)牙Piconet網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的倉儲環(huán)境安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計主要包括低功耗藍(lán)牙從機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)采集單元、主機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)中心單元兩部分;軟件設(shè)計主要實現(xiàn)了藍(lán)牙主從機(jī)間的通信、倉儲環(huán)境參數(shù)的采集及傳輸、PC上位機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測中心軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理、顯示及上傳至服務(wù)器,服務(wù)器(OneNet)接收存儲顯示數(shù)據(jù)并可提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)。本文設(shè)計的基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)的倉儲環(huán)境遠(yuǎn)程安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),既充分利用傳統(tǒng)的無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),測量倉儲環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)(溫濕度、光照強(qiáng)度、可燃?xì)怏w和有害氣體濃度),實現(xiàn)倉儲環(huán)境實時監(jiān)測;又結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)實現(xiàn)倉儲遠(yuǎn)程環(huán)境監(jiān)測,并提供火災(zāi)和意外入侵報警。安全監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)采集單元無需布線,監(jiān)測點的位置可根據(jù)需要隨時重新布置,組網(wǎng)靈活,適用性好。系統(tǒng)測試試驗性能穩(wěn)定,測量速度、精度達(dá)到預(yù)定的設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:Storage environment monitoring is an important means to realize storage security and human working environment security. It is also the key to realize storage intelligent management. Storage environment monitoring is closely related to safety. In recent years, the failure of warehousing monitoring, incomplete, delay and so on has caused many safety problems, such as injury of operators, damage of items, so the implementation of effective storage environment monitoring to ensure the safety of operators. With the progress of science and technology, warehouse monitoring also needs to combine new technology, in order to better deal with storage data collection, transmission, management and other work. To strengthen the storage security management. In view of the existing problems, combined with the use of new technology in the Internet of things background. The whole scheme of remote security monitoring system for storage environment based on Internet of things is designed. The low power Bluetooth wireless communication module of TI(Texas Instrumentals is selected. A storage environment security monitoring system based on Bluetooth Piconet network topology is constructed. The hardware design of the system mainly includes two parts: low power Bluetooth slave data acquisition unit and host data center unit. The software design mainly realizes the communication between the master and slave of Bluetooth, and the data processing, displaying and uploading to the server by the data monitoring center software of PC PC and the collection and transmission of storage environment parameters. Server OneNet receives storage and display data and provides network services. This paper designs a remote security monitoring system for storage environment based on the new technology of Internet of things. It not only makes full use of the traditional wireless sensor network technology, but also measures the storage environment data (temperature and humidity, light intensity, flammable gas and harmful gas concentration) to realize the real-time monitoring of storage environment. Combined with the new technology of Internet of things to realize remote environmental monitoring of warehousing and provide fire and accidental intrusion alarm. The acquisition unit of safety monitoring system does not need to be wired and the location of monitoring points can be rearranged at any time according to the need. Flexible networking, good applicability, stable test performance, measuring speed and precision to meet the design requirements.
