【摘要】:介紹一種應(yīng)用于Ka波段無線通信的發(fā)射前端模塊,該模塊由混頻器、微帶濾波器、壓控振蕩器、倍頻器、功率放大器構(gòu)成。射頻(RF)信號工作在27.4~28 GHz頻段內(nèi),中頻信號固定在1 GHz。仿真結(jié)果顯示,在工作頻段內(nèi)發(fā)射前端增益超過10 dB,發(fā)射功率為11.823 dBm,并且交調(diào)信號被抑制在63 dBc以下。在全部芯片工作的條件下,溫度仿真結(jié)果顯示芯片的結(jié)溫低于64℃。測試結(jié)果顯示,在工作頻段內(nèi)輸出端信號線插入損耗低于0.34 dB,回波損耗小于-20 dB,VCO的8分頻輸出功率是-10.66 dBm。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a transmitter front-end module for Ka-band wireless communication, which is composed of mixer, microstrip filter, voltage-controlled oscillator and frequency multiplier. The RF signal works in the 27.4 GHz band and the intermediate frequency signal is fixed at 1 GHz. The simulation results show that the RF signal works in the frequency range of 27.4 GHz and the intermediate frequency signal is fixed at 1 GHz. The front-end gain is more than 10 dB, the transmission power is 11.823 dBmand the intermodulation signal is suppressed below 63 dBc. The temperature simulation results show that the junction temperature of the chip is below 64 鈩,
