【摘要】:移動(dòng)視頻體驗(yàn)質(zhì)量(QoE)的研究正變得日益重要,現(xiàn)有的QoE評(píng)價(jià)模型缺少相應(yīng)的量化方法。結(jié)合移動(dòng)視頻業(yè)務(wù)的特點(diǎn),提出了兩層權(quán)值的QoE量化評(píng)價(jià)模型,即QoE由六種"影響層面"按各自的一級(jí)權(quán)值疊加而成;進(jìn)一步地,每個(gè)"影響層面"又由多個(gè)"影響因素"構(gòu)成。除了丟包和抖動(dòng)兩個(gè)"影響因素"外,其他"影響因素"均具有獨(dú)立的二級(jí)權(quán)值。提出通過(guò)層次分析法(AHP)計(jì)算出所有的一級(jí)權(quán)值,并且進(jìn)一步計(jì)算出除了丟包、抖動(dòng)外的其他二級(jí)權(quán)值。由于丟包和抖動(dòng)這兩個(gè)影響因素相互依賴(lài),無(wú)法計(jì)算各自的二級(jí)權(quán)值,因此通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),找出兩者的雙變量函數(shù)f(丟包,抖動(dòng)),由此得到完整的兩層權(quán)值QoE量化評(píng)價(jià)模型。所提QoE量化評(píng)價(jià)模型通過(guò)測(cè)評(píng)人員的QoE評(píng)分進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該模型獲得了較高的準(zhǔn)確度,證明了上述模型量化方法的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The research of mobile video experience quality (QoS) is becoming more and more important, and the existing QoE evaluation model lacks the corresponding quantization method, which combines the characteristics of mobile video service. This paper puts forward a quantitative evaluation model of QoE with two levels of weights, that is, QoE consists of six kinds of "influence layers" which are superimposed according to their first-order weights. Further, each "influence layer" is composed of a plurality of "influence factors." in addition to packet loss and jitter two "influence factors". Other "influencing factors" have independent second-order weights. It is proposed that all first-order weights can be calculated by Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and further calculated except packet loss. Other secondary weights outside the jitter. Because the two influencing factors, packet loss and jitter, can not calculate their secondary weights, we can find out the bivariate function f (loss of packets) by network simulation experiments. A complete two-layer weight QoE quantitative evaluation model is obtained. The proposed QoE quantitative evaluation model is verified by the QoE score of the evaluator. The experimental results show that the model is accurate and reliable.
