【摘要】：作為特殊的商品,LPG、CNG、LNG等能源產(chǎn)品,具有較高的產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)性、價(jià)格波動(dòng)十分頻繁、儲(chǔ)存和運(yùn)輸安全要求較高、生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程不間斷等一系列特性,為眾大的能源生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和貿(mào)易批發(fā)商提出了銷(xiāo)售、管理、運(yùn)行的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。如何才能在紛雜復(fù)雜的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中維系自己穩(wěn)定的客戶群體?在時(shí)時(shí)變化的價(jià)格戰(zhàn)中取得先知的優(yōu)勢(shì),在繁瑣的提貨交易操作環(huán)節(jié)中高效的管理信息、資金以及貨物,最終取得長(zhǎng)久不衰的地位,是能源企業(yè)長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)追求的目標(biāo)。本文主要對(duì)液化石油氣行業(yè)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)及信息化工程進(jìn)行了探討,著重解決北京市液化石油氣公司在采購(gòu)過(guò)程、儲(chǔ)存過(guò)程、銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程、綜合調(diào)度、客戶管理等一系列的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有RFID技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)和液化石油氣儲(chǔ)運(yùn)過(guò)程中應(yīng)用實(shí)例的分析,搭建北京市LPG行業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)平臺(tái),用以實(shí)現(xiàn)物品間的智能化互聯(lián),進(jìn)而滿足液化石油氣公司管理層對(duì)信息的需求以及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理上的需要,更合理地配置行業(yè)資源,提升行業(yè)整體服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)及企業(yè)形象,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本次研究架構(gòu)在對(duì)液化石油氣行業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)需求進(jìn)行充分研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了液化石油氣這一能源行業(yè)要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新、發(fā)展必須注重物流層面的革新與改造,而物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)則是我們進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新與改造的重要工具之一。希望此次研究能為液化石油氣等相關(guān)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的物流管理、行業(yè)管理提供新的思路,并為企業(yè)管理者實(shí)施信息化工程提供指導(dǎo)框架。
[Abstract]:As a special commodity, LPG, CNG, LNG and other energy products, has high product homogeneity, price fluctuations are frequent, storage and transportation of high security requirements, production and sales process is not interrupted and a series of characteristics for the large energy production enterprises and trade wholesalers put forward sales, management, great challenge. How to run in order to maintain their own stable customer groups in the complex complex competition environment? Has advantages in changing the prophet price war, efficient management information delivery transaction operation complicated link in the capital and goods, achieve enduring status, is the goal of energy companies for a long time. This paper the liquefied petroleum gas industry networking and informationization construction projects were discussed, focus on solving the Beijing liquefied petroleum gas company in the procurement process, storage process, sales process, comprehensive adjustment The operation, production, customer management and a series of application examples. Through the analysis of the existing RFID technology and document storage and transportation of liquefied petroleum gas in the process of building the LPG industry in Beijing city network service platform, to realize the intelligent interconnection between items, and then meet the liquefied petroleum gas company management information needs and the need for management, allocation of industry resources more reasonably, enhance the overall industry service standards and corporate image, create better economic benefits for the enterprise. The research framework based on the thorough research of operation of liquefied petroleum gas industry, put forward the liquefied petroleum gas energy industry to innovate, development must focus on Innovation and reform of logistics level, and networking technology is one of the most important tool for our innovation and transformation. I hope the research can for liquefied petroleum gas and other energy related products The logistics management of the industry, industry management provide new ideas, and provide guidance framework for enterprise managers to implement information engineering.
