【摘要】:在壓力測試時,高分辨率TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display)液晶面板會發(fā)生“斑點不良”。為了預(yù)防該不良的發(fā)生,本文分析了“斑點不良”的發(fā)生機理:壓力測試時,隔墊物PS(Photo Spacer)發(fā)生滑動,將陣列基板上透光區(qū)域的配向膜-聚酰亞胺PI(Polyimide)劃傷,而失去配向液晶能力,在暗態(tài)畫面下,劃痕處會發(fā)生漏光,形成斑點狀。本文對不同尺寸及分辨率的液晶面板進行了壓力測試,比較隔墊物擋墻、黑矩陣BM(Black Martrix)、隔墊物站位等不同因素對“斑點不良”的影響:隔墊物擋墻能有效阻擋隔墊物的滑動距離的23.6%,能有效降低“斑點不良”的漏光發(fā)生;當隔墊物滑動的距離未超出黑矩陣的遮擋范圍時,不可見“斑點不良”或很輕微;站在金屬塊(Pillow)上的隔墊物比沒有站在Pillow上的隔墊物滑動距離小約10%。最后以49in超高清UHD(Ultra High Definition)液晶面板為例,提出一種改善“斑點不良”的的設(shè)計方案:增加PS上下?lián)鯄υO(shè)計,降低PS滑動距離;增加BM寬度設(shè)計,保證PS邊緣到BM邊緣的距離大于PS滑動距離;降低PS的個數(shù),增加PS的大小設(shè)計降低透過率損失。該方案客戶驗證無“斑點不良”發(fā)生且透過率下降1.2%,說明此設(shè)計方案能夠有效地改善“斑點不良”。
