沖擊加載下硅烷流體的導(dǎo)電特性研究

【摘要】:采用二級(jí)輕氣炮加載技術(shù),結(jié)合低溫靶和光電監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù),研究了在多次沖擊壓縮狀態(tài)下液態(tài)硅烷的導(dǎo)電特性.本文在7—56 GPa壓力區(qū)間獲得了一組新的電阻率數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn),并結(jié)合在高壓區(qū)(65—108 GPa)已發(fā)表的電阻率數(shù)據(jù),在更寬壓縮區(qū)間(7—108 GPa)給出了硅烷流體電阻率隨壓力的變化規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明,硅烷流體在7—41 GPa之間具有較好電絕緣性,但在41—52 GPa之間電阻率從約150Ωcm迅速下降到約1Ωcm,其降幅達(dá)到兩個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí).當(dāng)壓力從52 GPa進(jìn)一步升高到108 GPa,硅烷流體的電阻率再降低了近5倍,但與低壓段相比電阻率隨壓力變化的速率明顯減小.分析lnρ~P圖中數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)分布特征發(fā)現(xiàn)在52 GPa附近出現(xiàn)明顯拐折點(diǎn),據(jù)此推測(cè)硅烷流體在該壓力附近可能發(fā)生了結(jié)構(gòu)相變.
