基于電磁波反射和折射理論的平底孔試件脈沖渦流檢測解析模型

【摘要】:針對大多數(shù)脈沖渦流檢測解析模型假設(shè)試件壁厚均勻減薄,其解析解中僅包含z方向(試件厚度)信息,不能求解探頭覆蓋區(qū)等依賴r方向(平行試件表面)信息的問題,本文提出平底孔試件脈沖渦流檢測解析模型.該模型在z和r方向均存在介質(zhì)分界面,邊界條件復(fù)雜,求解困難.為此,本文首先假設(shè)平底孔所在層導(dǎo)體與空氣區(qū)域的橫向波數(shù)和縱向波數(shù)均相同,且橫向波數(shù)為僅與r方向結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)的實數(shù),縱向波數(shù)為與該層橫向波數(shù)和導(dǎo)體區(qū)域材料有關(guān)的復(fù)數(shù),在此假設(shè)基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用電磁波反射和折射理論,構(gòu)造各層波動方程;然后通過引入r方向結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)W_n,將Cheng的矩陣法擴展,用擴展的矩陣法求解波動方程,得到模型的解析表達式.將該模型應(yīng)用到16MnR平底孔試件檢測實例中,并對其進行實驗驗證.模型計算結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果基本符合,證明了模型的正確性.平底孔試件脈沖渦流檢測解析模型有助于加深對脈沖渦流檢測結(jié)果的理解,同時能夠為r方向逆問題求解提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that most analytical models of pulse vortex testing assume that the wall thickness of specimens is uniformly thinned and only contains z direction (specimen thickness) information, and can not solve the problem that the coverage area of probe is dependent on r direction (parallel specimen surface), an analytical model for pulse vortex current testing of flat bottom hole specimens is proposed in this paper. The model has a dielectric interface in both z and r directions, and the boundary conditions are complex and difficult to solve. Therefore, in this paper, it is assumed that the transverse wavenumber and longitudinal wavenumber of the layer conductor and the air region are the same, and the transverse wavenumber is only the real number related to the r direction structure, and the longitudinal wavenumber is the complex number related to the transverse wavenumber of the layer and the material in the conductor region. On the basis of this hypothesis, the wave equations of each layer are constructed by using the theory of electromagnetic wave reflection and refraction.
